Manticus Art

The Manticus Art overlooking the Bosco Mantico on the Adige river.
It consists of 2 artistically furnished apartments for a total of 140 square meters.
Equipped with free Wifi, air conditioning, private covered parking, barbecue, garden table.
Manticus 1 has dishwasher, oven, musical hydromassage shower. Manticus 2 has a rocking room.
It is located in the middle between Verona 10 km, Valpolicella 9 km, Lake Garda 14 km and Baldo-Lessinia.

The accommodation
The Manticus 1-Uan has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven and coffee machine (intended for the classic Moka coffee maker for Italian espresso).
Essential elements such as olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar are available. In addition, hazelnuts and honey from the family beekeeping.

The bathroom is equipped with a musical hydromassage shower with LED lights, hairdryer and supplied with shower gel, shampoo and towels. Available washing machine, detergent, fabric softener, iron and ironing board.

For your rest, a large double bedroom with fiber optic lamp and canopy of our creation in bamboo and hemp.
The single room has a desk and decorative bamboo mezzanine.
It is possible to add a possible bed in the living room.
It is also available a baby bed with linen and high chair (in case of making advance request).

The structure displays photographic galleries and historical maps of the area.
The house has one side overlooking the road of this small country town while the other side overlooks the garden, the forest and the banks of the Adige.

The Manticus 2-Ciu is equipped with air conditioning, free Wifi and equipped with WinPod and bluethoot audio speaker. The apartment has a large solid wood kitchen, toaster and oven. A room is completely dedicated to the rocking chair with suspension bed and rocking chair. To complete the swinging room, a sofa / bed, a museum showcase and a scenographic wallpaper.

The bathroom has a large shower with water-powered LED lights with shower gel, shampoo, towels at your disposal. Available washing machine, detergent, fabric softener, iron and ironing board.

For your rest, a large double room with spectacular photos of an old mine and a suspension bridge. The sheets are made of cotton satin. The wardrobe and chest of drawers are covered with eco-leather recovered from old local shoe production.

The single room is decorated with hemp and bamboo and equipped with a desk, a large wardrobe and a scenic photo of a spectacular suspension bridge.
I personally spent several months in the transformation of the furniture and in the restoration of the furniture and now they are finally ready. Most of the objects contained are the result of my travels and personal creations.

The house is an independent three-storey building and has one side overlooking the road of this small country village while the other side faces the garden, the forest and the banks of the Adige with a view of the mountains.

The whole building is supplied by natural methane gas and hydroelectric energy which derives from Biffis the water channel that flows along the cycle path and distributed by HydroDolomiti.

If you need any kind of info, I am available to suggest the most interesting places to visit even outside the classic tourist destinations in the area between Verona city, Lake Garda, Valpolicella and Lessinia.

For water sports such as rafting or kayaking near the Manticus there is a famous canoe club managed by the world champion of descent on the Vladi Panato river.
