2 bedroom comfort villa with a private swimming pool
In Villa Pergola, the main entrance from the iron gate through gardens of olive and flowers is shared.
Then each detached villa (Pergola & Anthea Rossa) has its own private spaces and every room in Pergola, as in the plans shown, has an open view with the sitting room & double bedroom having direct sea views. A careful blend of colours.
Ground floor with open-plan kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
Siting & Dining areas with satellite TV. Leads to a terrace with great sea views.
Stairs leading up to bedroom 2 with twin beds & bathroom with shower &
to bedroom 1 with double bed leading to balcony with direct sea views and en-suite marble bathroom, with jacuzzi bath.
Comfortable old and modern furnishings.
Wide terraces with terracotta floor tiling and furnished in teak.
Swimming pool with terrace & views & BBQ area.
Minimum stay one week or upon availability.
Prices are in euros per week including cleaning and linen (once a week, on the changeover day), pool cleaning, gardening, and Wi-Fi internet.
Taxes and fees may be applied on the top of prices based on legislation.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib.
One older child or adult can sleep on the sofa or in a folding bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in bedroom 2 is 1.
