 AZURE has an extraordinary south-facing position, on the seafront, on the edge of a magnificent lagoon. This position provides a breathtaking view, clarity, unparalleled sunshine, and the beach at your fingertips.

 Its large, beautiful terrace of 46m2, in stone, is perched on the edge of the most beautiful bay of Dubrovnik (Miramare). It offers a magnificent view of Lokrum island and the whole lagoon, open to the sea. Indeed, from the terrace, you can admire the beach "Bellevue" and the entire bay shore to the Dance peninsula (with its monastery dating from the Middle Ages), behind which we can see the old Fort Lovrinac. This breathtaking view of the azure sky and the clarity of the water gives the impression of sailing the high seas!

 The entire apartment ensures peace and privacy in a perfect Dalmatian atmosphere, harmoniously gathering the blue sky and the sea, the white stone and the green pines bordering the terrace. In fact, the 2 bedrooms, both terraces, and the garden overlook the sea and the greenery which makes AZURE a privileged place for children and the elderly.

 Due to the nature of the land on which the apartment is located, relatively flat in this western part bordering the old city (unlike the eastern part, Ploce) AZURE is easily accessible from the street. It is an asset to Dubrovnik, and important for the elderly and children.

 While combining all the qualities named above, AZURE apartment also has the advantage of being located roughly 600m from the ramparts of the old city, which will bring you to them in 10 minutes walk.

 In addition, the apartment is surrounded by all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay: restaurants, cafes, theaters and open-air cinema, shops and grocery stores, newsagent, pharmacy and medical center, bus station and taxi, etc. Finally, visitors are welcome to use all the services of one of the most luxurious hotels in Dubrovnik (Bellevue Hotel, 5 Stars), adjacent to the private garden of the villa where the apartment AZURE is located. These services (massage, sauna, gym, swimming pool, etc.) are optional extras that may be ordered during one’s stay with the owner, who provides information on pricing and availability.
Description of the Apartment
AZURE, with a living area of 86m2, consists of two luxurious and comfortable rooms, including one suite with private bathroom. The two rooms are separated by a large central hall which gives access to a large principal bathroom and to all the other parts of the apartment, which also has a large and beautiful living room, dining room open to a large kitchen. With a modern style, the whole apartment is comfortable and functional.

AZURE extends over the entire floor of a villa in massive stones, built in the typical style of the Dubrovnik region. It has a garden and two terraces: one of 8 m2, and a magnificent 46m2 fully equipped with comfortable furniture for 6 people. The latter is built of Dalmatian stone and has a steel and glass balcony revealing the sea view even from the sunbeds.
All the doors and windows of the apartment are made of solid wood from Siberia with a double thermal and acoustic isolation.

AZURE is fully equipped with high quality appliances: air conditioning, heating, TV Sat., Internet / WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The kitchen and both of the bathrooms are luxuriously equipped, functional and ready to use.
The apartment has 3 beds. In addition to the two bedrooms (each one with a large comfortable bed), it also has, in the living room, a large upscale sofa for 2 people. A cot is provided on demand.

Change of linens (bed linen and towels): every 7 days.
