Stunning sea views over marina with swimming pool

Terraced house located above the marina of Aiguadolç and with excellent sea views. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 people and is ideal for holidays or extended stays for adults and children.
Located in a quiet place within walking distance of 2 beaches and 15 min. from the center of town walking along the coast. Fully equipped and well decorated, it includes a terrace facing the sea, solarium on the roof and a communal pool.

Exceptional view over the port and the sea from its terraces. Holiday configuration and pleasant decoration, but with very complete equipment for both short and long stays.
The house is distributed over three floors: Entrance, open kitchen, living room and terrace on the ground floor; Bedrooms, services and patio in the basement; Solarium and rooftop barbecue.
The house offers an exceptional location in a beautiful and quiet area, although close to the highway, train station and the commercial area.

Guests have access to all areas and equipment, including a communal pool outside.
The house has protective barriers for children to avoid any fall of the bed, stairs, etc.
For business travelers the house includes high-speed Internet connections where you can connect your PC with an Ethernet cable or through Wi-Fi.
During July and August only reservations for full weeks from Saturday to Saturday are accepted.

The key holder receives you and explains the operation of the house and services nearby. He speaks Spanish and English perfectly.
The cleaning service takes care of having the house in perfect condition before your arrival and can provide additional cleaning for long stays on request at an additional cost.

Sitges is the coastal town par excellence that offers all kinds of activities: beaches, museums, festivals, great culinary culture and many bars and discos.
The house is located in a residential area and close to fish restaurants, tapas and entertainment area.
The marina and two sandy beaches are 5 min. on foot and other beaches nearby. If you prefer to spend time in the mountains, you will find the Garraf Natural Park behind the town that you can visit on foot, on horseback or mountain biking.

Excellent communications with the city of Barcelona and its international airport by car, train and bus. The town center and the train station is a short walk along the coast.
Cars can be parked for free in front of the house or they can use the private parking of the nearby Melià hotel that will apply their rates.
A taxi service to take you to the train station, to the airport of Barcelona or to another place is available by phone 24 hours a day.

The view from the terrace and the solarium is amazing. The large living / dining room is comfortable and we found everything one could possibly need in the kitchen for cooking. The bedrooms are all downstairs and so are the 2 toilets / bathrooms. One of the larger bedrooms has a water bed. Some of the areas in the entire property are looking a little tired to say the least and in need of some love and care. The pool was full of leaves when we arrived, but was cleaned the next day. It was not heated, so was too cold to use at the end of October. The owner was very friendly and extremely accommodating with regards to check-in and check-out. We enjoyed our stay here!

Kommunikation hat super geklappt, schnelle Antworten. Mega Ausblick! Auch genügend Platz. Das einzige ist dass man sich selber um Klopapier und Handseife kümmern muss aber dennoch super Haus und empfehlenswert!

Excelente casa, aunque no para 8 adultos

La casa está en una ubicación inmejorable, en buen estado y cuidada. Ahora bien, la distribución de las habitaciones, concentrando muchas camas en una sola habitación, la hace más apropiada para familias o viajeros con niños que para adultos, al menos si se quiere usar a plena capacidad. Quitando esto, muy buen alojamiento.

View from the veranda over the port was excellent and the location of the house was ideal for our stay. Close by to the port restaurants and around a 15 minute walk into the beach location of Sitges. Would recommend this property.

Nous venons de passer de très bonnes vacances dans ce logement. Emplacement fantastique. Sur le port de plaisance (possibilité de louer un bateau avec ou sans permis) avec toutes les commodités de première nécessité (boulangerie, petite épicerie) mais aussi bars et restaurants très sympas et à prix corrects. Très calme même le soir avec tous ces commerces ouverts. Et tout cela à 15 mn à pied du centre de Sitges. Plage d'Aiguadolç à 5mn à pied. Plage de Balmins (petite crique très agréable) où se mélangent naturistes et plagistes avec maillots de bain à 2 mn à pied. Balmins offre une meilleure ambiance (pas de train dans le dos de la plage comme à Aiguadolç). L'appartement est très agréable. Séjour ouvrant totalement sur la terrasse où on peut manger à 8 personnes sans problème. On est protégé tout en ayant une vue imprenable sur le port , la méditerranée et Sitges. Grande terrasse en rooftop (comme sur la photo) mais qui mériterait un bon rafraichissement (mobilier, transats et barbecue ayant bien vécu) . Cependant elle reste très agréable pour le farniente, l'apéro et les barbecues. Cuisine équipée avec tout le nécessaire. 3 chambres spacieuses (dont un lit double avec matelas à eau. Surprenant mais confortable) + 1 chambre avec un lit simple. 2 salles de bain. Tout pour le confort de 2 familles. Tout est climatisé. Piscine commune peu fréquentée et pourtant très agréable est très propre. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et nous y reviendrons sûrement.

I have lived in Sitges for several years but traveled extensively in Spain and other European countries. Going home and opening the terrace that gives directly on the sea allowed me to disconnect from work and feel on vacation even if it was only a few hours a day. Being able to organize barbecues with friends on weekends in the solarium with splendid views has filled my album with unforgettable memories. My kids enjoy every time we come back to spend a few days on vacation.

House previously inhabited with all the necessary equipment and great comfort. Perfectly equipped for children: protective barriers, games ...
Very quiet location without car or train noise, but easy access and close to all amenities with a simple walk along the coast.
Two beaches at 5 min walk and very good offer of bars and restaurants in the marina just below. Possibility of practicing many aquatic activities (motor and non-motor).
