The house is located a few steps from the suggestive historic center of Otranto and from the renowned port of the town and consists of an entrance garden with a veranda equipped with pretty wicker lounges ideal for relaxing moments. Internally it has a large living room furnished with an extendable table, double sofa bed, TV; kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, five burners, dishes and pots; comfortable bathroom with shower.
The house has three bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom, a second double bedroom with the possibility of adding a sofa bed and a third bedroom with 2 single bunk beds and 1 sofa bed (meas. 190x110).
The rear part of the house consists of a large veranda of about 40sqm equipped with table, chairs and barbecue for grilling in joy and an additional external bathroom with washing machine and services.
Further comfort / service is the garage for the parking space.
The holiday home is designed to comfortably accommodate 6 to 10 people.
