Beautiful Flat in Fuengirola with terrace sea view and 2 minutes from the beach

I love my flat. It has what it needs: Natural light, terrace so you can have your breakfast or dinner out side , new modem kitchen, nice bed room and is new building. But over all is in a nice area in Fuengirola. The nearest train station is Carvajal just 5 minutes walking to the flat and 2 minutes walking to the beach
It has a terrace with a sea view. The flat as all what you need to have a nice place to enjoy your staying

Centraal gelegen aan de kust

Fijn appartement met ruim balkon, wel aan drukke verkeersweg, daar moet je tegen kunnen. Het matras is aan vervanging toe, Wij zouden met een ander bed, weer kiezen voor dit verblijf.

Buen lugar para descansar

El alojamiento cumplia el 100% de las espectativas. Cerquisima de la playa y de supermercado, ademas hay una parada de bus que te lleva a cualquier parte. La unica pega es el ruido de las obras pero bueno, aun asi merece la pena.

Estimada Tania. Gracias por su comentario. El piso está súper Chulo pero han empezado un obra a 10 metros y se escucha ruido de maquina. Es una obra reciente pero les comente para que estuvieran al tanto. Me alegra muchísimo que hallan disfrutado sus vacaciones. Las puertas de mi casa esta abierta siempre para usted.

Vacaciones estivales

El apartamento es muy nuevo y cuidado (no todo lo limpio que debiera, al llegar la mampara del baño, cocina y cristales, regular). El propietario es muy atento y en todo momento a intentado ayudarnos. El problema es que justo al lado del edificio hay una construcción y están desmontando una montaña con maquinaria pesada y ha sido un suplicio de ruido y polvo (el propietario evidentemente no tiene la culpa.), por lo demás, la ubicación y transporte, buenos, muy cerca de la playa, restaurantes, etc. en general, bueno.

Fuengirola is a great town and the location of the flat is very chic

The property is new building , very close to the beach, bus stop one minute, train station five minutes and the weather is fantastic.
The Malaga airport is just 25 minutes by train
Gibraltar, Marbella, Porto Banus and more places around make this town very exiting
