Both its South Orientation, as the excellent location of the House, on the Costa del Sol, makes it possible to enjoy an excellent temperature throughout the year.
You can even taste the organic fruits available to the villa (depending on season).

Super location for relaxing holiday

The house is in a perfect location, 5 minutes drive from Frigiliana and about 10 minutes from the central car park of Nerja. We met the owners Antonio and Loli at the nearby petrol station by the A7 exit and followed them up to the house. All the features, lights etc were shown to us whilst our paperwork was checked, passport copied etc.The house was very clean and had changes of bedding and towels. There was a well stocked kitchen in terms of crockery, cutlery and so on which is not always the case when renting property. Appliances were useful like dishwasher, washing machine and although there was a tv we never switched it on during a two week stay.The main selling point of this house is the amazing pool area and large garden surrounding the property. We spent many lazy hours sitting on the terrace and by the pool depending on the temperature which peaked at early 30’s with quite intense heat at times. The pool was a godsend and the water temp was just right, never too chilly or warm. It was also immaculately clean and was cleaned during our stay. The garden had it’s own lemon and avocado trees and tomato/strawberry plants which the owners were happy for us to help ourselves to. All of them tasted superb. As a base in Axarquia and easily accessible to some lovely towns and villages it would be hard to beat this house. We were very pleased with it and really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we will be back sometime soon.

Eigenaar kwam ons ophalen bij dichtstbijzijnde benzine station, daar het voor de eerste keer lastig te vinden is. Eigenaar komt 1x per week een half uurtje langs voor wat onderhoud en geef dat keurig van te voren aan. Zeer aardige mensen, maar sprak geen Engels. Buitenvoorzieningen uitstekend zeker het keurig onderhouden zwembad. Huisje zelf wel wat gedateerd en zeker de keuken kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

Lovely villa with plenty of outside space for sunbathing and nice pool area. Positioned equally well for visits to Nerja or Frigiliana. Owners very friendly and did their best to explain things even though we don’t speak Spanish. Only negatives were a little bit of noise from nearby road at times , and lack of a kettle although there was a coffee machine

Great vacation

The stay started with a warm welcome from the owners. The layout of the house suited us very good, with two adults and two kids. Great garden and pool area. Nice shaded seating area just outside the house. Close to Nerja, Frigiliana and the beach. All this made the vacation as good as we hoped it would be. Will definitely consider this property again.

Samen met mijn echtgenote hier 4 weken verbleven. Tot volle tevredenheid. Alles wat men nodig heeft is in de woning aanwezig. De tuin is fantastisch met meerdere zitjes en bbq. Het zwembad is 'n zeer aangename toevoeging. Bijzondere vriendelijke eigenaren.

Goede locatie en heerlijk zwembad.

Huisje is gelegen dichtbij Nerja. Goed bereikbaar. Wel dicht aan de weg gelegen maar we hadden daar geen last van. Heerlijke douche. Beetje smal bed. Mooie tuin met schaduw, mooi zwembad en leuk uitzicht.

Property was perfect for us, the owners were really nice people, outside space was plenty full everything we needed was there , the only negative we could say is that you are on main road to frigiliana and competa hence evening times very busy but still had enjoyable stay
