Ottimo appartamento se cerchi pace e tranquillità al mare,le località più animate sono ad un chilometro circa. Dotato di ascensore ,in casa c'è tutto il necessario.da rivedere un po' il bagno,ma tutto in ordine e pulito all'arrivo. Mare a 5 Min a piedi,negozi nelle vicinanze e supermercato a pochi minuti in macchina. Molto apprezzati i negozietti di vendita prodotti locali.noi ci fermavamo tutti i giorni a comprare frutta e verdura coltivata nelle campagne appena dietro le zone abitate che si vedono dal balcone

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Appartamento come da foto, pulito e ben accessoriato, tranne il phon un po' fiacco. Comodissima la doppia cucina fuori sul balcone attrezzato per mangiare all'aperto, come pure il lavatoio e lavatrice sull'altro balcone. Ottima la posizione: a piedi è distante 5 minuti dal mare e a 15 minuti da Alba Adriatica. Appartamento ventilato si stava benissimo. Miriam è stata disponibile, ci ha consegnato l'appartamento qualche ora prima senza problemi. Tutto Perfetto

La casa è spaziosa, pulita e molto attrezzata, in una via tranquilla con parcheggio comodissimo. A due passi la spiaggia, i negozi e ristoranti. La proprietaria disponibile e gentile, siamo stati benissimo!!
