En négatif : Une chambre sans climatisation qui oblige a garder toutes les portes ouvertes même la nuit si vous ne voulez pas mourir de chaud (adieu l'intimité). Une vaisselle pas toujours très propre (nous avons trouvé une casserole avec des restes de repas trempés dans de l'eau) . Un sol qui paraissait propre jusqu'au moment où on a marché pieds nus !En positif : L'appartement est très bien placé et agréable à vivre. L'environnement est calme. La literie est parfaite et les draps étaient d'une propreté irréprochable.

Gentile signora veronique mi dispiace molto degli inconvenienti che vi sono capitati faremo in futuro il possibile per migliorare il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti. Un piccolo dettaglio tecnico circa l'aria condizionata . L'appartamento è dotato di 2 apparecchi nuovi ognuno dei quali copre una superficie di 100 mq per un totale di superficie raggiunta dall'aria condizionata di 200 mq per un appartamento di soli 70 mq!!! Per quanto riguarda invece la pulizia vi devo ringraziare per la segnalazione che ho subito recapitato all'impresa che se ne occupa . Scusatemi non mi era mai capitato infatti il mio punteggio, prima della vostra votazione era di 10/10!

Einfach super genau wie das letzte mal besser geht einfach nicht.Selbst eine kleine Unstimmigkeit mit der Klimaanlage, mitten in der Nacht,wurde sofort behoben.Wir haben schon wieder für das nächste Jahr gebucht und freuen uns sehr darauf. Auch unsere kleine Ira (Yorkshire) fühlte sich sehr wohl.
