Nestled up against the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains, next door to the Historical Waldorf Astoria's La Quinta Resort & Spa is the quaint gated community of Legacy Villas. This highly desirable lower level corner unit looks out to the mountains from two patios over a cascading fountain. Granite counters throughout, plantation shutters, tastefully decorated, 3 flat screen TV & DVD's, stainless steal BBQ, outdoor tables/chairs. Two master suites, both with King sized beds w/high-in bedding. Both bedrooms have their own patios. In-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers & large soaking tubs. Two fireplaces. Fully stocked kitchen Stacked washer/dryer.
Nearby you can enjoy one of the many sparkling salt water pools in your own Cabanas or do laps in one of the lap pools (12 pools & spas) - Head over to the 11,000 sf Club House and Fitness Center - Next up it might be time to fall into one of the hammocks suspended from date palm trees adjacent to one of the many (19) fountains & outdoor fireplaces. Great location for all events at the Empire Polo grounds! Parking in the area of our condo in the evening if you were getting in after 8:00 pm was a problem. The condo does not have a designated parking space. This is not a problem if you don’t Mind walking a bit! Everything else was great! Thanks

Great La Quinta location

We in town for the tennis tournament and Legacy Villas is the perfect location for easy, quick access. Also close to old town La Quinta with restaurants and shops. So much quieter and more interesting than Palm Desert area.

We have stayed in Lori’s condo before and like it very much. The unit is centrally located near the pools and is very clean. Lori is very accommodating, and very responsive if needed. Great place to stay!

Great Location in La Quinta

Two couples stayed for a week at this lovely villa. Communication with the host was great, kitchen has everything you need, comfortable beds and toiletries well stocked. The complex is quiet, a great place to relax. Lots of nice places to eat, shop and golf. This is our second time here and look forward to our next trip. Thanks for sharing this property.

Nice condo and resort

Condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Nice patios to sit at in the mornings and evenings. Very comfortable beds. Location is great. Lots of pools at complex but grille restaurant was closed during the week. Short drive to the La Quinta Golf Resort, old town with lots of great restaurants and hiking trails nearby.

Amazing oasis!

This place is beautiful! The community, pools, and location is just perfect. We had an incredible stay with our family (kids and dog) and cannot wait to come back! This house has everything you need and is very big! There are multiple pools nearby and there is a wonderful main pool a short walk away with a splash pad for the kids. Truly a memorable weekend!

This is a beautiful place to stay, quiet, well cared for, relaxing! We enjoyed every moment. Easy to get around La Quinta from this location. But why leave? Everything you need for a perfect weekend is right in the complex. And the owner was very attentive when I had a question- well, maybe two! This place is a keeper!

This is my second home which I have never rented before . . . I decided to start to have some other folks be able to get to enjoy it when I was unable to be there. I live on the Coast in Solana Beach and love to sneak away to the desert whenever I can. It is so relaxing and there is so much going on!

Why they chose this property

I have been going to La Quinta to the Tennis Matches for years when they were held at the La Quinta Resort. I would stay at the resort along with Lendl, McEnroe & Connors. I enjoy the desert and love the drive over the mountain - it's breathtaking so why not buy a place here?

What makes this property unique

I love the balmy night and swimming in the pool in the evenings. Having a cocktail on the patio. Shopping on El Paseo is fantastic! Doing a spa day is a must. The desert has some of the nicest golf courses and there are so many to choose from.
