It is located 50 minutes from the airport by car, 5 minutes from Felanitx, 10 minutes from s'Horta and 15 minutes from Cala D'or, Portocolom, Santanyí and Campos, and 20 minutes from Manacor. It is very well connected to the coves of the east of Mallorca and the natural park of Mondragó. It has a privileged location, since it is an idyllic and quiet area. It is located in a valley with great views of the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador and the castle of Santueri. Its location invites you to make excursions on foot or by bicycle. We also find leisure areas close to the house, such as Menut where you can ride horses or Vall D'Or golf. The house is on a plot with many typical Mallorca trees such as almond and carob trees, as well as fruit trees. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms en suite, one with a bathtub and the other with a large shower, a terrace with spectacular views and a library study, with Internet connection.

The price includes a weekly cleaning service, which includes change of sheets and towels in addition to the maintenance and cleaning of the pool, garden and terraces.
