Located in a secured Residence (electric gate, terraced houses, "fronton", security cameras, 2 private parking lots) and very calm environment in Bidart, typical Basque house, proposes :
- Fully equipped terrace (2 tables + 6 chairs + 2 chaises longues with cushions) oriented south, in a calm environment with nice shadow from the aired blind in a 200 m² garden.

Beautiful Bidart!

A great place to stay with welcoming hosts. It has a great layout, a well stocked kitchen, three good sized rooms and a lovely outdoor area to relax in. Our stay was during a really hot period and the air con doesn't reach upstairs, maybe some fans in future would be helpful but otherwise, I highly recommend this place. The location allows you to explore the Basque area super quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cette maison est située dans une résidence privée , ce qui rend ce quartier tres paisible Idéal pour rayonner dans le pays basque (à 5 minutes de l’autoroute) La Clim a été très appréciable pendant la vague de chaleur Je recommande cette maison Merci au propriétaire et à Mr et Mme Lotte pour leurs conseils

Ravis d’avoir séjourné en famille pendant 2 semaines dans cette habitation . Un très bon accueil qui nous a permis de prendre nos marques rapidement dans cette location au calme , bien située et très bien équipée. Je recommande pour une famille nombreuse.

Superbe location dans une très belle région

Très belle et très agréable maison, grande et confortable. Tout ce qui est indiqué s'y trouve. Pas de mauvaise surprise. En couple, avec ou sans enfants, tout le monde y trouvera son bonheur. Il y a une place pour garer sa voiture devant la maison. Bidart est un joli village au cœur d'une superbe région. Vous pouvez y aller l'esprit tranquille. Merci Estelle pour tout.

Séjour parfait dans un cadre très agreable

Merci Alvaro pour nous avoir mis à disposition cette superbe maison. L’équipement est plus que complet, la maison est spacieuse, plus adaptée à un Couple avec de jeunes enfants car il y a tout ce qu’il faut à bord. L’environnement est très calme. Aucune nuisance de l’autoroute qui n’est pas très loin. Proximité des grands commerces, du centre ville de Bidart. A recommander vivement !!!

A quality property in a nice, peaceful area of bidart.

We had a great time staying in this very up together property. Nice open plan living area downstairs and good parking outside. 10 minute drive into Biarritz and 5 minute drive to the nearest beach in Bidart. Nearest supermarket is 5 minutes drive. A great location to explore the region. San Sebastian being a favourite of ours. About 50 minute drive. Would recommend the property and area and would love to go back in the future. Located 10 minutes drive from the airport which takes a lot of the stress out the travelling. Alvaro was really helpful and provided lots of advice and guidance before our trip.

We're a multicultured family of 4 - my wife Estelle is French, I'm Spanish - our children are currently 12 and 6 years old.
I have recently moved to work in the US, so we are set in southern california. As a result, our lovely family home is up for rent until we decide what to do with it in the long term.

Why they chose this property

This is our family home and as such equipped it with quality materials.
We have young children, and our habits are pretty "family-set" so we made sure the house is set up with that in mind.
We love cooking so the kitchen is completely new, with nice and well thought out logic.

I have worked on the garden landscaping to allow room for play and relax. The rooms are comfortable and very practical.
Also, the living space is, while contained, more than enough to sit back and enjoy.

From a geographical perspective, the house is great - sitting in a quiet neighbourhood from which to relax in the evening.
It is only a couple of minutes from Bidart town centre, supermarkets and beaches - but also from Biarritz and Bayonne.

What makes this property unique

- We love the fact that our children can play outside, as it is a constrained community with security gates.
- Beaches only a whisper away
- Very nice plug-and-play house.
