Apartment Lella is a few minutes walk from the most beautiful beach in Rovinj ("Monte Mulini Beach") and romantic historic old town.

Near by there are also many restaurants, water parks, kids playgrounds, sport centers and shops.

Spacious (110 square meters) and modern apartment with 5 air conditioners, in a quiet neighborhood will provide you a relaxed atmosphere and a complete rest from everyday life.

Apartment consists of 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with double bed and the other two bedrooms are with sofa beds (for 1 or 2 persons). All bedrooms are with air conditioning, wardrobe and bed linens.

There is also a modern living room with a flatscreen TV - SAT ( with english, german and italian channels), modern sofa , armchair and table.

The apartment has fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, freezer, stove, dishes (glasses, plates, cooking pot, pan, cutlery included), and a dining area with a large table and 6 chairs.

There are also 2 bathrooms with a shower, bidet, jacuzzi bathtub, washing machine and toilets (towels included).

The apartment is surrounded by greenery from all sides and at the guests' disposal is also a garden with garden furniture and sun lounger. Terrace is covered with electric awning for shadow.

Free parking place for a car is in front of the apartment.

Also there is a closed space for 6 bicycles.

5 Star - Perfect Rovinj Apartment

Helena, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay (late Sept ‘23). Biggest, nicest lodging we’ve had in Croatia. It was all top-notch. The best AC 😅. The location & having a garage were great for people traveling by bicycle. We loved lounging on the private deck. Thanks for a lovely stay. Patty S.

Well equipped flat 20 walking minutes to city and beach.

We were very happy with this flat. Spacious, clean, super equipped and well situated. We could leave the car and walk everywhere. The air conditioning was highly appreciated in the Rovinij summer conditions. Helena was a very kind and helpful host. Nothing more to say that we can recommend this apartment.

Rovinj ist sehenswert und eine lebendige Stadt!

Das Appartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Die Vermieterin Helena ist super freundlich und jederzeit Ansprechpartnerin für alle Anliegen! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!!!

Hallo, wir waren 14 Tage in Rovinj und es sehr traumhaft schön dort. Das Appartement war der Spitzenreiter . Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles funktionierte super. Hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Perfekte Wozhnung für Gruppenurlaub!

Die Wohnung liegt nicht nur verkehrsgünstig, also alles in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, egal ob Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand oder Innenstadt, sie ist zudem hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Bilderbuchküche lädt zum Kochen ein und die Terrasse lässt einen laschige Abende mit istrianischem Wein und Schinken gneießen. Alles ist sowohl sauber, als auch perfekt ausgeteilt. Wie waren 5 Erwachsene und haben uns rumdum wohl gefühlt. Auch die Hausherrin ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit zu empfehlen. Wir werden wieder kommen.
