Tonia Ayiopetritou, former head of the Hellenic Chef’s Club and gastronomy editor, leads the culinary direction of Ayiopetra. Tonia brings her influence from the Mediterranean to the kitchen giving guests the exquisite experience of pure greek cuisine.
