In the heart of nature and the Perche Regional Park (5 kms from BellĂȘme, city of character with its golf course and 6 km from the beautiful village of PerriĂšre), comfortable accommodation with a large living-dining room with fireplace about 60 m2, an open kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1 landing room (sleeps 3) and 2 bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave.
A swimming pool overlooking a sumptuous landscape and overlooking the forest of BellĂȘme. Bikes available and very pleasant hikes. Very beautiful BellĂȘme golf course nearby and horse riding clubs.
You can take advantage of the numerous flea markets, wine bars and gourmet restaurants nearby. You can do your shopping at the farm or at the markets of BellĂȘme, Mortagne au Perche or Nogent Le Rotrou. But you can also visit the many beautiful villages of Perche.

Maison superbe entourée de tournesols !

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans une maison de charme, isolĂ©e au milieu de champs de tournesols. Bien que trĂšs au calme, les commerces sont Ă  moins de 10 minutes de voiture. Et on peut profiter de la superbe piscine et d’un barbecue extĂ©rieur ! On a plus l’impression d’ĂȘtre accueilli chez des amis que dans une maison de location, fonctionnelle et sans Ăąme. En bref, super semaine !

Nous avons passĂ© une semaine merveilleuse dans la maison de Jean-Paul. La maison est trĂšs confortable, la literie de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ©, nous cuisinons beaucoup et la cuisine est un rĂȘve, parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. Il s’agit d’une vraie maison de campagne, extrĂȘmement bien entretenue avec une vue Ă  couper le souffle sur les collines du Perche. Il n’y a pas un bruit et se baigner tous les jours dans une piscine entourĂ©es de champs et arbres fruitiers a Ă©tĂ© un pur bonheur. Nous avons louĂ© une quinzaine de maisons dans le Perche, la maison de Jean-Paul remporte tous les suffrages. Jean-Paul est trĂšs arrangeant, trĂšs facilement joignable. Merci Jean-Paul pour cette semaine idyllique, nous espĂ©rons revenir trĂšs bientĂŽt! ************************** We have spent a delightful week in Jean-Paul’s house. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would dream for (we cook a lot). The garden is very well maintained and the view is absolutely stunning. Swimming in a peaceful quiet garden surrounded by apple trees was top notch. We have rented lots of houses in Le Perche but Jean-Paul’s house was truly one of the best. Communication has been very smooth and easy and Jean-Paul very easy to reach, we do hope to come back very soon. Thank you Jean-Paul!

Fantastic house in the loveliest surroundings

The house and swimming pool were fantastic. The surrounding fields were full of sun flowers and the views were stunning. There are some great places to visit for days out. Le mans is a must for the old city and cathedral

it could not have been better

we have crazy busy everyday lives and looked for a house to completely switch off - something opposite to our daily lives. And we found a charming very well-equipped longere, set within sunflowers and deep farming countryside. The pool was heaven and with the scorching sunshine, we were outside all the time - in total privacy. We ate one meal indoors - on the way home. The house had everything we could have wanted and we picked the redcurrants and blackberries that were either in the garden or the hedgerows. The noise we had were buzzards - and the odd truck on the road 1k away - because we couldn't hear anything else. Except our child catapulting into the pool all the time. The local town Belleme was very pretty - sleepy and had excellent shops and a handful of other tourists only. We recommend this house for tranquility and relaxation - and yes, we will return. Thanks Jean-Paul

The house is fantastic !!! A magnificent view over the fields, close to a forest for walks and a nice bakery in the area. The cottage itself had everything you need, beautiful big bedrooms and 2 beautiful big bathrooms. A kitchen with everything up and on !! The pool was heated and the necessary sun loungers were provided !! We enjoyed every moment we arrived until we left !! Definitely repeatable !!!! De woning is fantastisch!!! Een magnifiek uitzicht over de velden, dicht bij een bos om te wandeling en een lekker bakkerijtje in de omgeving. Het huisje zelf had alles wat je nodig hebt, mooie grote slaapkamers en 2 mooie grote badkamers. Een keuken met alles er op en eraan!! Het zwembad was verwarmd en de nodige ligstoelen waren aanwezig!! We hebben genoten vanaf het moment dat we zijn toegekomen tot we vertrokken zijn!! Zeker en vast voor herhaling vatbaar!!!! La maison est fantastique !!! Une vue magnifique sur les champs, prĂšs d'une forĂȘt de marcher et une bonne boulangerie Ă  proximitĂ©. Le chalet lui-mĂȘme avait tout ce dont vous avez besoin, de belles grandes chambres et 2 grandes salles de bains. Et une cuisine avec tout !! La piscine Ă©tait chauffĂ©e et les chaises nĂ©cessaires Ă©taient prĂ©sents !! Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© dĂšs l'instant oĂč nous sommes arrivĂ©s jusqu'Ă  notre dĂ©part !! Certainement la peine de rĂ©pĂ©ter !!!!

Belle propriété dans la campagne, au calme (sauf le jour des moissons!)

Nous voulions connaĂźtre le Perche, que nous avons bcp apprĂ©ciĂ©. Nous sommes des locataires frĂ©quents dans le sud de la France, exigeants, et avons trouvĂ© lĂ  une belle maison, personnelle et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, avec un support attentif. Nous n'avons pas compris pourquoi ABRITEL a exigĂ© que nous versions 1500 € de caution plus d'un mois avant notre entrĂ©e dans les lieux (puisque la caution couvre un risque qui n'existe pas quand il n'y a pas d'entrĂ©e dans les lieux). Nos tentatives pour obtenir d'ABRITEL une explication de cette situation ont toutes Ă©chouĂ© (interlocutrices sans rĂ©ponse).
