Casa Cozy: Fantastic Villa with Heated Pool, WiFi, A/C, TV, BBQ & EV charging

Casa Cozy:
- A very private and well-equipped villa with a large private heated pool set into a large terrace with beautiful views of the mountains by the sea.
- Sited on an elevated and large corner-plot that provides beautiful and uninterrupted views of the mountains by the Mediterranean sea and that also prevents any passers-by from seeing into the garden and pool areas.
- Located in the exquisite Mazarron Country Club - which is by far the nicest urbanization on the whole of the Costa Calida.
- Close to the many facilities in the local area and only 14 minutes drive to the beaches.

Highlights:
• Large and very private south-facing garden space around the private heated pool.
• Lots of space to relax in the sun and enjoy the stunning views and the pool.
• VERY comfortable pool-side outside furniture and with a great gas fired BBQ with lots of accessories next to all of this.
• The pool was renovated in April 2024 and has inbuilt seating on both sides of the steps. A pool heater was installed in April 2025.
• A spacious new living & dining room overlooking the pool and the nearby panoramic mountain scenery. (built in May 2025)
• Only 14 minutes’ drive to excellent Blue Flag beaches and the warm waters of the Mediterranen sea.
• Very quiet central air conditioning (that does cold and hot) in all rooms in the villa. The front conservatory (that can be used as a 3rd bedroom) and the new living & dining rooms both have their own dedicated AC units.
• Quiet ceiling fans in all rooms
• Large 60" flat screen TV with UK/DE/ES/FR/NL channels.
• TV with DVD in rear bedroom and further TV in front bedroom
• Excellent and Free 100Mb internet connection (soon to be upgraded to Starlink) with good Wi-Fi signal throughout the house and garden.
• Insect net frames on all windows and doors.
• Comfortably furnished and air conditioned conservatory at front of house - great for quiet reading or sunsets with a glass of wine.
• Large "automatic temperature controlled" shower with no-step entry and folding seat.
• Private and secure off-road parking under a protective carport with a dedicated Tesla wall-box for EV charging. (4kW/20A and only 10 cents per kWh at night from 01:00 to 07:00)
• Well equipped kitchen and a great (and cheap) restaurant in walking distance.
• Great coffee machine
• Full size dishwasher in kitchen
• Four port USB charger in living room.
• 2 bedrooms will sleep 4. (Excellent memory foam mattresses on all beds)
• Master bedroom with super-kingsize (1,8mx1.9m) bed to ensure a great sleep
• Baby cot available in house.
• Local restaurant and bar 5 mins walk away
• Wide range of great restaurants and shops only 5 mins drive away.
• Front conservatory can be repurposed to serve as a 3rd bedroom if required.
• Last but not least, the large solar energy system sustainably powers the entire property via the sun with zero CO² emissions.. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This also means that the house is grid power-cut-proof. (as was recently proven in April 2025)

Lovely property that has everything for your perfect holiday. Great pool and poolside area with lots of comfortable furniture. Excellent communication from Callum from start to finish and plenty of information at the villa for shops and restaurants etc. Perfect villa on a quiet urbanisation from which to explore the area. We had a totally relaxing holiday at Casa Cozy.

What can we say!! Amazing experience on booking, arriving at the villa to leaving x Callum was an amazing host and made us feel looked after from the get go. Casa Cozy itself is stunning and has everything you could wish for, it’s clean, full of awesome features and the pool and new solarium are fantastic. You are in a lovely complex and only 15mins from the puerto. We already are planning when we can return. Thank you so much x

Lovely relaxing Villa

Casa Cozy had everything you could need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday. Beautiful outside pool and dining area with fantastic views of the mountains. It was a wonderful area to have a stroll in the early evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and any issues or questions were sorted out very quickly.

We loved the little property. Enough space for the 3 of us and we enjoyed the pool every day! A lovely location and friendly neighbours. Local amenities only a short drive away. Only negative is that the bed for a double is two singles pushed together, and they move apart during the night.

Mazarron Sunshine

The property was clean and comfortable and although compact, the owners had made the maximum of the space available and provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The entertainment system was the best I have experienced providing access to sports, cinema & UK domestic TV. The outdoor space was exceptionally good, with ample space for outdoor living and enjoying the most of the Mazarron Sunshine. The location was very convenient with easy access to beaches, mountains and towns when a little retail therapy is needed. The communication with the owners was excellent from the day of the booking all the way through to our departure. They provided all the information we would need about the property and the local area. Their information manual was the most comprehensive I have ever seen and enabled us to settle in very easily. I can recommend the villa to anyone looking for a relaxing break in the Mazarron area.

Fantastic Villa everything you need and more.

Casa Cozy was perfect for us we could not of asked for a cleaner, well kept and fully equipped villa. The owners were so attentive making sure that we were happy and everything was in good order. we liked the quiet location and the surrounding mountains, a very peaceful place to be and within a 5 minute drive to the local town/port and large British urbanizasion (great for a fry up and also a good Bulgarian restaurant) Mazarron port was lovely lots of places to eat and a nice beach. Restaurant Viggos in the port serves very nice food but some of the waiters are grumpy even when killed with kindness ! The best beach in the area by far in our opinion was Percheles, we stumbled across this beach by accident and it was delightful, a small beach bar serving food and drinks with free wifi if you ask! We spent the day there with only around 20 other people on the beach for the whole day. One of many places we visited (don't if you have small children) is the disused mine Minas de mazarron, fascinating place no health and safety in sight, unlike the UK! The views are spectacular along with the varying colours of the many left over waste tips and surrounding mountains. We highly recommend the Villa along with the many things you can see in the area. 10 out of 10 to Chris and Callum for the amazing service provided to us, we will be back !

Sehr schönes Haus und ein super Vermieter 5 Sterne

Callum ist ein sehr offener, kommunikativer und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Habe in Spanien schon viele Häuser gemietet, aber bei keinem war die Beschreibung, Information bezüglich des Hauses, Umgebung und der Aktivitäten so gut wie bei Ihm. Es ist stets erreichbar und für den Mieter da. Vielen dank, dass macht alles viel entspannter und einfacher. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl im Haus. Tatsächlich hat es an nichts gemangelt. Callum hat uns über alles informiert und war stets sehr ehrlich. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und würden auch, wenn wir wieder diese Gegend besuchen möchten, jederzeit bei ihm buchen. Nochmals vielen Dank. Penny war auch sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Auch sollte man die freundliche Nachbarschaft erwähnen, vielen dank. Man kann mit der Buchung, nach unserer Meinung, nichts verkehrt machen. Wichtig, ihr seit offen, kommunikativ und freut euch über eine super Betreuung, auch während des Urlaubs. Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Eine ganz tolle und herzliche Betreuung durch den Gastgeber, jederzeit erreichbar bei Fragen. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie in dem Inserat beschrieben. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man so braucht, es fehlte nichts. Die Abende konnte man wunderbar an dem schönen beleuchteten Pool verbringen. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung! Vielen Dank an Callum, wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

La casa es perfecta, tiene todo lujo de detalles, todo lo necesario y más para disfrutar de una semana. El exterior es perfecto y precioso. La casa es recogida y perfecta para una familia de 4, desde el minuto uno te encuentras en un lugar acogedor. La piscina no está vallada (nos lo aviso Callum con antelación) pero vigilando a las peques no hay problema. En el entorno los vecinos son discretos, nada ruidosos, de hecho te despiertan los pajaritos por la mañana y por la noche la brisa que entra es magnifica. Desde luego repetiremos, porque es magnífica y perfecta!!!

Why they chose this property

The south facing corner plot location overlooks the local communal gardens leading to the stunning mountain views over the whole day.
The pool-side garden terrace provides great privacy without limiting the views. It is nicely illuminated at night and looks especially beautiful with the pool lights on.
The area is quiet and provides great possibilities to relax after enjoying the beaches and the many facilities in the local area.
The luxurious Country Club development is very well looked after and serves as a clean and secure base from which to enjoy your well-earned holidays in the sun.

With the virus outbreak of 2020, the privacy of the villa, the garden and the pool means that you can keep yourself and your family in a safe and isolated environment that has everything that you would want for a relaxing break in the Spanish sun.

What makes this property unique

What convinced us and what all of our guests like:
The mountain views from the pool-side terrace are stunning. The pool and garden area are very private. The public garden areas are great for evening walks. The cleanliness of the entire development is very impressive. The outside areas around the house offer varied seating areas in the shade and in the sun.
The warm pool is just the right size for the 200m² main terrace area.
The cozy and comfy living room with its open plan design provides ample relaxation space. The close proximity to all of the local facilities such as shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, beach-side walks, the marina, family and adult friendly beaches to play and relax on.
