Villa built in mid 2000’s. Located opposite the Banana beach at Puerto de Mazarrón. It is private and has 3 double bedrooms (sleeps 6) with 3 shower rooms, a kitchen and a lounge-diner. There is a private plunge pool and roof solarium with views to the town and marina and hill views with amazing sunsets.

There is a large flatscreen TV, wi-fi and air conditioning. Also has iron and ironing board, hairdryer and washing machine.

Puerto de Mazarron town centre and marina 25min walk away or 5 min drive. 40 mins drive to Cartegena.

Nearest airport is Corvera (Región de Murcia) airport, 35 mins away by car, or Alicante 70 mins away.

Lovely new villa with private pool close to beach

New, clean property with quality fixtures. Great view from the roof terrace for sunrise and sunset. Convenient for the beaches in the bay of Mazarron. Thank you for all your help Vicki we had a great time!

We spent Easter with our family. And the weather didn't behave well, but it proved that the house was well prepared for temperatures a bit lower than we expected. We felt very comfortable in the house. And the contact person (Gary) was also very attentive to all of us. Maria (Madrid).

Disappointed

Cleanliness of the property on arrival was poor which lead to a disappointing first impression. Outside of the property had not been cleaned - weeds growing around the pool and dust on tables, chairs and tiles. Inside was not much better, none of the bins in the bathrooms had been emptied, including previous guests sanitary products. 2 of the air conditioning units didnt work which transpired to be due to needing a top up card for the meter - this was not made clear to us at any time. We quickly complained and whilst the keyholder did return to clean the property, we spent our own time cleaning the outside and making it fit for our visit. We know the area well and whilst the property is not really close enough to walk to restaurants etc, there are good local and cheap taxi options.

Super netter Kontakt.Das Haus war für uns 6 Personen wirklich klasse. Für die Kinder natürlich das Highlight der eigene Pool. Auch die dichte Lage zum Strand spricht für sich. Nicht viel los, quasi hatten wir das Meer für uns allein..Wenig Tourismus. Einfach Erholung pur. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist vollkommen ausreichend. Einzigst im Erdgeschoss das 2 Bett Zimmer, da wäre es empfehlenswert, dass die Matratzen mal getauscht werden.Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden und können uns vorstellen wieder zukommen.

Super séjours

Location très bien placé, près de la Mer, trop bien pour pouvoir aller se baigner le soir après une bonne Balade. Nous avons été à pieds jusqu’à Mazarron à pieds, le parcours le long de la Mer est très agréable et super beau et facile que du plat. Évidemment avec des petits c est peut-être un peu loin s il ne marche pas beaucoup mais en voiture en 5/10 minutes vous y êtes. Vraiment de jolies si vous aimez la Mer, un côté rocheux et l autre sable. La location est super bien placée et très confortable, avec en plus, une petite piscine très appréciable. Tout le confort, avec à l arrivée l accueil de Gary très sympathique. Je recommande. Seule petit bémol, une odeur dans les toilettes en bas vraiment très désagréable. Un petit manque de ménage mais rien de grave. Par contre, peut-être rajouter quelques petites choses dans la location serait le bienvenu. Une Cafetière autre qu une expresso pour le le petit déjeuner parce que pour ceux qui prennent un bon café au lait ou un grand café c est un peu juste mais c est mon idée. ( des bols) et le four ne fonctionnait pas. Mais ça n a pas empêcher d avoir passé de super vacances dans cette super Villa. Merci à Vicki

Avec ma famille nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la villa Vistamar, rien à dire tout était parfait, tout était propre, la piscine était rafraîchissante et incroyable, tout était à notre disposition, magasins a 10min en voiture afin de faire les courses, la ville Puerto de Mazzaron avec pleins de restaurants, une plage propre. Je recommande fortement cette villa nous avons énormément apprécié !

Why they chose this property

It chose us!! We viewed the property when newly built and had to have it! We could see the views, locality to town and yet still being peaceful in the area it is and not too close.
The area has now had many lavish villas built making it an even more sought after location.
We are also near to Cartegena, Isla Plana and La Azohia. All wonderful places to visit.

What makes this property unique

It is minimal in fittings with clean lines but with enough amenities and furnishings to feel homely.
The views are stunning and we have the most lovely neighbours. Please appreciate that they do reside in their properties on either side.
We have enough space indoors and outdoors to feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. We are close enough to the town and yet remains peaceful and quiet on the edge of town. The best of both.
