Magnificent villa of 150m2 on 2000m2 with swimming pool, in a very quiet and secure residence: 5 minutes from downtown, close to shops

Beautiful volumes, large living room with fireplace, breathtaking view of the village and the hills, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, flat screen TV, WiFi access and a fully equipped kitchen.

Baby and child equipment are available.

The house is decorated with refinement and elegance, paintings on the walls and art deco style furniture.

The large shaded terrace around the house gives you direct access to the swimming pool and the garden.

The swimming pool (Mediterranean basin type) of 12mx6m, the deckchairs, parasols and garden furniture around will allow you to relax and enjoy.

If you have decided to stay in our charming house, once the reservation is made, we will ask you to send us a signed contract with a copy of your identity card and your insurance policy.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa in August. Hida and Frederic were extremely helpful and accommodating and made our stay easy and comfortable. Thank you! We hired a car which meant the location was excellent for visits outside of Aix, typically within an hours drive, where there were some truly beautiful places to explore. I would recommend this villa, with it’s large pool and quiet, peaceful surroundings.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location

The villa is in a very private/secure location perfect to explore Aix and other nearby places. A key feature is the large pool which is very well maintained and clean. The view from the garden is incredible. Definitely recommend for a family holiday in this area.

Even more beautiful and relaxing than the photos

My wife and two small boys (aged 3 and 5) spent 3 weeks here in June/July 2024. The house is a straight 10 minute drive from Aix city centre (parking can be tough, but manageable), and there is a bus line literally outside the complex which will get you there (although returning by bus is more complicated, with less frequent buses and changes required; get a bus schedule/pass as soon as you arrive if planning on travelling by bus). We rented a car and the parking was free on site. The pool was beautiful, kids’ toys provided, as is the shady back yard and sun loungers. Next time we hope to make use of the bbq. Rooms were great, beds smallish but comfortable, showers strong and hot, and the kitchen was modern and great for cooking (inductive stove was excellent). Honda the property manager fixed any small problems we had quickly and efficiently. A great stay.

Very outdated house, the area is ok but the house is in desperate need of repair. The kitchen is hard to clean since old tiles have different sizes and ants come in easily, outside stairs have paint and tiles splittering off which is really dangerous especially for kids. The doors to the terrace were broken, so we were not able to lock the house and needed to let the blinds down each time for additional safety. After one of the blinds ripped when we just touched the switch, we spend our last days with the main porch blinds closed. After our stay we were then charged with the repair costs of this blind which was unacceptable. We would never come here again.

Villa in dire need of upgrade

We rented the villa for 2w in August ‘23 for a family of 5 and while the location and view from the terrace are great, the villa is begging for a refurbishment. While we weren’t expecting a welcome gift, we were hoping the owners would have provided some basic items for us upon arrival. There was no salt/pepper/olive oil, no soap or gas for the bbq and half the ‘clean towels” had been left for us to pick out the dryer. In addition, we were given a faulty remote for the gate and had to make due with a single key to the house (a second was not available). All of the lounge chairs and parasols by the pool were broken, which was also the case of many items in the house. There are many rental options in Aix, and unless the owners upgrade the villa, I would suggest you look elsewhere.

Piscine extraordinaire !

Un petit cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait ce qui est très sympathique. Toutes les chambres sont agréables et équipées d'un bon matelas. La villa est très propre (seul bémol pour le lave-vaisselle qui nécessite un remplacement..problème de fuite). La clim fonctionne très bien. Les terrasses donnent sur une superbe vue dégagée. La piscine a de très beaux volumes, c'est génial ! Nous en avons profité tous les jours ! Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et disponibles en cas de problème. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Beautiful house

We were a group of 5 friends who stayed at this beautiful house for one week. We really enjoyed the spacious pool and the amazing garden. The location is great, it gave us the opportunity to explore the town (aix) and at the same time a lot of relaxing and recharging by the poolside in a really calm area. We really loved it, and would definitely like to come back and recommend this to others!

Lovely villa with a great pool

Undoubtedly for us the large swimming pool was fantastic. Easily the biggest and nicest pool we've had renting villas in France, Italy and Greece. The villa itself was also very nice, with a great terraced area overlooking the pool and the lovely picturesque countryside beyond. It was a very tranquil setting with the bonus of a boulangerie just 5 mins walk away. Initially we were disappointed that only the main room had A/C and not the bedrooms but it didn't really get too hot in the bedrooms as long as you kept the shutters closed. What I didn't like was having to hand over 2000 Euros as a deposit which was out of my account for a month although we only stayed a week. Overall a lovely property and pool. Not far from Aix en Provence

Très belle maison !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette belle maison qui a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes. Une grande et belle piscine avec une vue dégagée, terrasse sécurisée pour les plus petits et un jardin parfaitement entretenu. Une maison au calme, bien aménagée, belle cuisine provençale avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires, belles chambres, une très bonne connexion wifi, tout était parfait. Très bon accueil de Frédéric et Sabine avec des calissons excellents ! et de la documentation sur les environs. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette maison.
