House situated 500 metres from the cove of Sa Tuna in an exclusive community of neighbours with communal swimming pool for 14 houses. Distributed on two floors. Its ample interior spaces enjoy a modern design and a careful decoration. On the first floor we find the living-dining room with access to a large terrace, an open kitchen and a bathroom. On the ground floor we find the sleeping area which is composed of three double bedrooms with access to the terrace, another single bedroom and three complete bathrooms. The house is located in a small community of neighbours and has a parking space. Three double bedrooms with access to the terrace, one single bedroom, three complete bathrooms and parking space. Excellent sea and mountain views.

Complaint about cleanliness of apartment

Copy of email sent to Domus subsequently went to speak to them Hi called in the office today to speak to you but was closed. The apartment is ok but internally not clean or satisfactory. This is a list of our concerns. Double Mattress so poor with springs sticking up have made it impossible to use. Kitchen equipment dirty and all had to be washed, two broken glasses in cupboard, no complete set mugs or cups some with cracks, no complete set of wine glasses, saucepans just thrown into random cupboards, filthy coffee maker with mould, cupboard doors loose and handles loose. broken shower in bathroom downstairs, broken tv control. Dirty towels left hung up in upper bathroom. No inventory in house! We have obviously cleaned and tidied in the kitchen. We have rented several properties in and around begur and this is the poorest standard internally. Will call in to the office before we leave. Regards Roger Meredith Domus refunded my cleaning money in compensation but does not detract from the fact the apartment was not in the kind of condition you expect when you pay a substantial sum for a week!
