About the host

I am Spanish and I have been sailing many years and more than one hundred thousand nautical miles sailing the world's oceans. I know perfectly the most impressive corners of San Blas. We have spent the last 7 years here in San Blas. I keep my ship clean and try to give all my guests an unforgettable experience!
From the moment of arrival you will have 1 hour to settle in the catamaran and to know the first island. Then, the adventure of sailing begins. Each day, preferably in the morning, we will move to new islands and sail between 5 to 20 nautical miles (1 to 3 hours), depending on the interests of the guests and the weather conditions.
Once you arrive at a new island, you have time to get to know the place while the crew prepares a delicious typical Espolola lunch as a delicious paella that could be seafood, chicken or vegetables, Spanish omelette, stew Madrid, or food typical of Kuna Yala based on seafood or fish. After lunch we took some time to relax and embark on a snorkeling trip between the coral reef. The captain will accompany each afternoon helping to enjoy the safest and most enjoyable.
My assistant is a kind Kuna boy, who in addition to being able to tell him everything about Kuna yala is a very good cook.
Upon returning to the ship you will be waiting for another delicious aperitif while you delight in one of the most incredible and natural sunsets in the world. Then you have a few hours to relax and take a shower of fresh water before dinner. The following days will continue with the same routine, visiting several islands. The final itinerary is adapted to the guests on board the sailboat, in their interest.
