An apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living / dining room, a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, and a terrace with panoramic sea views. Guests have access to the community pool and the apartment is located in a quiet area but within walking distance of the beach.

The apartment has private parking in front and is located in a gated community with a security guard at the entrance.

There is a room between the living room and the terrace which has a bed for a fifth person.

Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Beautiful place in Mojacar, far away from the noise!!!

The apartment is perfect, very comfortable: kitchen well furnished, five beds, two bathrooms, A/C, wifi, a balcony for the dinner (too hot for lunch...). No problem at all. The beach in the front is not the best, but if you have a a car, you can choose every kind of beach in the surroundings (rock or sand, people or not...).

La zona del apartamento en playa macenas está muy bien y muy tranquila ,si necesitas cualquier cosa hay que coger el coche pero se tarda 5 minutos en llegar a Mojácar playa, tiene piscina y la playa a 3 minutos andando,en el apartamento tienes todo lo necesario sillas de playa,cubos ,sombrilla... Tiene 3 habitaciones, 2 baños y una terrazita,AA y parking. Una opción muy acertada para pasar unas buenas vacaciones.

Maravillosas vacaciones

Excelente en todo, he ido con mi familia 2 semanas, el piso lo tiene todo para pasar una agradable estancia, a parte de unas vistas estupendas, tiene todo lo necesario, hasta tiene los implementos para ir a la playa, sillas, sombrilla, entre otros q nos hicieron más confortable nuestro viaje. Lo recomiendo al 100% nosotros quedamos muy contentos, volveremos. Gracias,
