Our place is located in Avlaki area only 300m. from sandy beach Panorama and within a walking distance from other beaches and many restaurants/bars/supermarket/bus stop.
It is a two-storey maisonette, 200m² with large garden with grass and trees. An ideal holiday home, because of its proximity to the beach, near the social life of Porto Rafti, on a unloaded traffic place.
The ground floor consists of a large living room with fireplace, dining room,WC, fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances, oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, espresso machine, dishwasher and microwave. Ground floor has 2 A / C that cool / heat the entire place and 2 large balconies.
On the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with bathtub. Master bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobes and en suite bathroom. Master bedroom has a TV and an A / C.
