good location close to the beach

For us the small house was a perfect location within a quiet neighbourhood but close to the beach and restaurants for lunch and dinner. Elena was a grear host and available any time and taking care of us.

Lovely short stay at this property. Fun exploring the local area and a convenient location for Ferrara and Bologna. Our hostess Elena was exceptionally good, going above and beyond to ensure that all was well. Property was clean and well equipped and I have no hesitation in recommending this rental.

Neat appartment near seaside

We spent the last week of May at this appartment situated in a quiet quarter with Italian families around us. We enjoyed being away from the tourist zone. The walking distanct to the seaside is approx. 5 minutes. Upon our arrival Elena welcomed us heartily and showed us around. A local specialty of sparking wine and a bottle of water waited for us in the fridge. The appartment has two bedrooms and in the living room there is a sofa which can also be used as a bed. The appartment has sufficient space for 4 to 5 people (we were 4). It is neatly furnished, the furniture looks new. On the terrace in front of the appartment, we enjoyed taking sun baths. Elena phoned us two times during our stay to inquire whether everything was fine. When we asked for additional blankets, these were brought to us 30 minutes later. This kind attention was very much appreciated. We were very happy with our choice. Thank you once again, Elena. It was a pleasure getting to know you.

Casetta meravigliosa e vacanza splendida

Gentilissimi e disponibili ancora prima di arrivare.. la casa e’ bella luminosa, in una posizione comoda e allo stesso tempo tranquilla.. vicina a tutti i servizi e al mare! In casa non manca nulla e lo spazio fuori con doccia riscaldata e’ davvero un plus.. abbiamo passato 14 giorni fantastici e sicuramente torneremo presto! Un agréable camp de base

Passionnés de patrimoine historique et artistique, nous avons fait le choix de nous installer près de Comacchio, donc non loin de Ravenne, Bologne ou Ferrare. Nous avons en plus découvert des paysages fabuleux dans ce Delta du Pô. Et chaque soir nous retrouvions la sérénité de notre petite case, avec tout le confort, à deux cents mètres de la mer Adriatique.

Je recommande vivement!

Dès nos premiers échanges, nous avons eu l’impression d’aller en vacances chez des amis tellement la communication était fluide avec Elena. Le logement est d’une propreté parfaite, la literie est également très correcte, la cour fermée est très pratique avec des enfants en bas âge, idéale pour profiter du soleil sereinement. La gentillesse, le sens de l’hospitalité et les attentions d’Elena font d’elle une hôte parfaite, elle a su nous communiquer les bonnes informations aux bons moments pour préparer notre séjour, et surtout, elle a été d’une aide précieuse pour nous aider à trouver un médecin sur place. La localisation est également riche culturellement grâce aux villes situées aux alentours tels que Comacchio, Ferrare, Ravenne… Un lieu idéal pour allier Visites touristiques et farniente….

Toller Ort zum Entspannen und für Ausflüge

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles wie beschrieben mit vielen Haushaltsgegenständen. Die Vermieterin Elena war immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Sie hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und wir haben die 10 Tage in Ihrem Haus sehr genossen. Besonders ruhig in der Nebensaison. Von dort aus kann man viele Ausflüge starten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch nah, wenn man lieber essen gehen möchte, gibt es ebenfalls genug Auswahl. Vielen Dank liebe Elena und liebe Grüße, Anke.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie sie beschrieben ist. Elena hat uns vorab schon mit vielen Tips versorgt und war auch während des Aufenthaltes immer per Whatsapp erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Das Appartement ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut bestückt. Es ist recht ruhig gelegen, Parken war kein Problem und zum Strand sind es nur 5 min zu Fuß. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, unser Highlight war die Außendusche 😊 Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in Allem auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Super Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist zeitgemäß und es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und die Kommunikation funktioniert problemlos. Die Lage ist schön. Bis zum Meer ist es nicht weit und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genügend. Alles in allem ist die Unterkunft sehr zu Empfehlen!

Sehr zufrieden!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Urlaubsunterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit vielen Dingen ausgestattet, die man so im Alltag braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht weit und die Straße vor der Wohnung sehr wenig befahren. Die Gastgeberin Elena haben wir als eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Person kennengelernt. Hübsche kleine Wohnung

Eine schöne saubere Ferienwohnung nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand entfernt . Die Vermieterin Elena ist sehr nett und bemüht das es einen dort gut geht . Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Feriensiedlung in der hauptsächlich Italiener waren.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt.

Appartment in Strandnähe

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit Terrasse. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin mit guten Tipps (u.a. Comaccio und Umgebung). Badezimmer als Durchgangszimmer ist von beiden Schlafzimmern zu betreten, aber unproblematisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Mille grazie!

Tolle Gastgeberin / Tolle Wohnung

Eine tolle saubere gemütliche Ferienwohnung nicht weit weg vom Strand . Die Vermieterin Elena ist wahnsinnig bemüht das es einen dort gut geht … das es einem an nichts fehlt und das man sich wohlfühlt . Wir kommen gern wieder !

Tolle Ferienwohnung!

Der vordere Bereich der Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche mit angeschlossenem Wohnbereich und ist sehr hell, freundlich, offen und großzügig gestaltet. Hier gibt es viel Licht und Raum, in der Küche ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Die Räume sind insgesamt geschmackvoll und freundlich gestaltet, es gibt viel Platz, um Einkäufe, Kleidung etc. unterzubringen. Der hintere Bereich der Wohnung ist etwas enger, hier liegen hinter einem kleinen Flur, in dem die Waschmaschine untergebracht ist, das Badezimmer und das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett nebeneinander und dienen (beide) als Durchgangsräume zum dahinterliegenden zweiten Schlafzimmer. Das Badezimmer und das größere Schlafzimmer sind fensterlos, aber zum zweiten Schlafzimmer hin mit blickdichten Glastüren ausgestattet, sodass trotzdem Tageslicht einfallen kann. Über der Wohnung liegt noch eine zweite Wohnung, die derzeit zum Verkauf zu stehen scheint und während unseres Aufenthalts unbewohnt war. Die Eingänge der beiden Wohnungen liegen aber ohnehin auf unterschiedlichen Seiten, so dass jede Wohnung komplett für sich nutzbar ist. Vor der unteren Wohnung liegt eine Terrasse, die mit einer Marquise, zwei Stühlen, einem Tisch und einer Sonnenliege ausgestattet ist und über ein abschließbares Tor zur Straße hin verfügt. Die Straße ist klein und ruhig, es gibt kaum Autoverkehr, da sie nur von den Bewohnern selbst befahren und genutzt wird. Die Gastgeberin Elena hat uns ausgesprochen herzlich empfangen und stand während des gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich, aber unaufdringlich zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Es gibt viele beeindruckende Städte zu sehen, aber auch wunderschöne Landschaften zu durchwandern. Wir wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber

Der Mietvertrag klappe prima, auch mit der Besitzerin konnte man alles sehr gut und unkompliziert regeln. Sie war sehr nett . Die Wohnung war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir würden gerne einmal wieder kommen weil es uns so gut gefallen hat.
