Nice apartment in excellent location, edge of old town handy for shops, restaurants, buses, beaches Very nice, comfortable, clean, modern apartment with external balcony in excellent location on edge of old town handy for shops, restaurants, buses, etc and 2 beautiful beaches within a few minutes walk from property. Excellent for a few days stay and for exploration of San Sebastián. Picking up of property keys from rental agency office only a few minutes walk from bus and train station and also from property itself was also simple and efficient.No negative issues worthy of mention that affected the enjoyment of our stay in any way Had some good fun over quite a few minutes trying to find where the cutlery items may be stored! Even resorted to looking in other rooms apart from the kitchen, even though we guesssed that may be totally wrong. Eventually did find it! (For those wishing to enjoy the same hide and seek game, look away now! Answer ‘secret’ cutlery drawer actually located within another larger drawer in kitchen, has grey front and located immediately underneath the cooking hob.

Everything was working perfectly in this immaculately clean, modern and fresh apartment! Not a single burned light bulb! Especially we liked the brand-new kitchen equipment. And the fire alarm wasn't too sensitive - this time we could actually cook something without the siren! (Even though we visited several starred restaurants, and topnotch pintxo-bars, we wanted to cook also the beautiful local food products at home, bought from nearby gourmet tempels Aitor Lasa and La Bretxa and from very good grocery stores - Solbes and Baratze - also close to the apartment.) The little complimentary cleaning package was a joy, all in all there were more utensils than in an usual holiday rental apartment. Also the location was perfect for us - on the outskirts of the Parte Vieja!

We are so grateful for the treatment we received from you. The apartment we had booked was unavailable at the last minute due to water damage, and we were very very upset. But the two guys in the office were so fantastic and friendly, and set us up at the Basque Terrace, which turned out to be maybe even better!! Loved the location, loved the apartment, loved the service. Thank you for everything! I'd book with you again in a heartbeat (and hope to in the future!).
