The property has just been finely restored. It is in a quiet and elegant context, it is composed of a very large and comfortable bedroom, a spacious and complete kitchen available for breakfast and moments of relaxation,
The bathroom is large and modern, equipped with a very large walk-in shower, with power shower.
The property is located a few meters from the central station, the subways and the circumvesuviana that connects Naples to the Sorrento peninsula to the archaeological excavations of Herculaneum and Pompeii, the area is also served by the main urban transport lines.
The tourist port from which the embarkations for the islands of Ischia Capri and Procida depart is 1 km away and can be easily reached by various means of public transport. the airport is 1.5 Km away and it is also well connected to our residence. 100 meters away is the business center where the main offices and banks of the city are located, a few meters away there is a university building.
Around the house there are some of the most renowned pizzerias in Naples, many typical restaurants.
There are several supermarkets and a classic local market.
For those who like to walk a 15-minute walk you reach the historic center, San Gregorio Armeno, underground Naples and all the main sites of historical interest.
