Apartment 40m² for 5 people, located in Tignes le Lac at the top of Lavachet (2100m) in a very calm residence at the foot of the slopes.
Residence secured with digicode.

This apartment is composed of a room with a large corner sofa convertible into a double bed system express bed great comfort. An independent bedroom with 3 beds: 1 bed in 140 x 190 and 1 single bunk bed.
Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitroceramic, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster ...), living room, flat screen TV, WIFI. 1 bathroom with bath and separate toilet.
Wood stove in the living room.
Ski lockers at the entrance of the residence.
South-east exposure, large balcony, view on the glacier of the big motte with all the necessary comfort.

If required and on request; highchair, baby bed and babycook (steamer-mixer) for baby.

This was our second stay here. The apartment is fantastically placed, and has everything our family of three needed for a wonderful stay over the Christmas week. The woodburner was a real bonus, making everything really cosy and comfortable.

Brilliant Skiing holiday in La Lavachet

Fantastic well though out property, new shower is amazing and shows owner is investing in this lovely apartment. Our second stay here and had a great time.

Stunning Views

This was the perfect place for my family. We felt very lucky to find it. The place was well kitted out with everything we needed. Beautifully done, very easy to get to the shops & slopes and we loved the sun as it reflected off the mountains. Feels like a little hideaway. And great value for money.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We loved our stay in Charlotte’s apartment Really lovely accommodation which fitted our needs perfectly, and communication throughout was excellent. We had everything we needed, and more (the boot warmers are a real plus!) This place is ideally situated, just a quick walk across the road to access slopes and lifts, and a shuttle bus stop just outside as well if you want to access other parts of Tignes, or finish your day somewhere else in resort. Lavachet also has everything you need in terms of ski hire, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful flat in great location

Perfect location. Short walk up to Tignes le Lac. A bus stop very close by and the Lavachet supermarket just down the road. There is allay park and the Lavachet sports base across the road. As it’s ground floor you can also get out off the terrace onto the grass beside the flat (perfect for kicking a ball!). The flat is lovely and comfortable with great facilities. I highly, highly recommend this flat. The owners were also lovely to deal with. We’ll be back!! Thanks for a great holiday. 😊

Fantastic experience, would return in a heartbeat

I spent 5 weeks in this apartment from the beginning of December into January and it was perfect. Charlotte and Marco are wonderful hosts and super friendly people generally. The apartment was well set up and I especially enjoyed the luxury of a separate bedroom. I can't think of anything that I needed that wasn't provided. The log fire was fantastic, and it was needed on the especially cold nights. Finally it was pretty much ski in ski out, just a few metres to the Paquis and Chaudannes lifts. I hope to be back

A lovely apartment close to the slopes

I recently stayed at this apartment in Tignes and had a great experience. The location is excellent, offering convenient access to the ski slopes and nearby amenities. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The kitchen was adequately equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation. The lounge had a small fireplace which was welcome in the evenings to add a bit of heat. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. My only slight criticism would be the beds, which were a bit too small for us. The fold-out in the lounge could probably do with a new mattress as it seemed to be sunk in the middle. Overall though, it was a delightful stay, and I would definitely consider returning for another ski holiday.

Joli appartement très cosy dans une super station !

Nous sommes ravi de notre séjour dans cet appartement. Le poêle à bois est un vrai plus pour se réchauffer après une bonne journée sur les pistes même si la température dans l’appartement ne nécessite pas forcément de faire un feu. L’emplacement est idéal avec un accès direct au domaine skiable et un arrêt de navette à quelques mètres. L’accès rapide a pied au centre de la station est également un plus. Nous ne pouvons que vous recommander ce super logement !

Wonderful and cosy apartment

We stayed 3 people for one week in this apartment which fully met our expectations. A cosy apartment with a wonderful view. We enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out and it was in short distance to grocery shopping. Marco was very helpful when the dishwasher needed to be fixed and supplied us with firewood to the fireplace that contributed to our cosy evenings. We can clearly recommend this apartment! Wonderful, homely and stylish apartment in a quiet area with direct ski access. Highly recommended!

We loved this apartment. It was recently renovated (though the bathroom is yet to be done), and has been done with style. Soft mood lighting, lots of wood effect, and a fabulous wood burner which gushed out heat and coziness. Kitchen well equipped. Sofa-bed in lounge was comfortable. Cozy bedroom has a bunk bed with double (queen size) bed below and single up top. There is a ski boot cupboard INSIDE the apartment! And it's on the back of the block with views up the mountainside, so it felt very private. It's a 10 minute walk or 2 minute bus ride to Tignes snowfront for the lifts, or you can ski from across the road down to two lifts.

Lovely apartment

This was our second stay at the apartment and the first time in winter. It was perfect and we will be back again. The apartment is ideal for summer and winter - close to everything you need. The owners are delightful and very helpful. Highly recommended.
