Great apartment in a great location

The apartment is in a fantastic beachfront location in La Cala. The property is well equipped with everything you need to make for a very comfortable holiday. Beds are comfortable and security around the property is good having to access locked gates. There were a few minor property issues regarding a light fitting, door frame and also cracked glass in the internal french doors which requires attending to but did not at all detract from our stay. We had a great week in the apartment and would not hesitate in returning.

Lovely positioned beachfront apartment, ideally located close to village and all amenities. Property has a strange smell in bathrooms - drainage problems possibly. Kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms ok but could do with an update. Outside furniture good but could do with a good clean. Would give overall rating 8/10

We know the area well so knew this property would be perfect location wise, but it was even better than expected. Front gate access onto the board walk and beach, exceptional restaurants (el olivio) literally next door( 2 min walk) and Kristal beach bar who do a lovely breakfast. Views incredible, balcony perfect with good shelter so can sit out sun/ wind/ rain and still enjoy the outside. 5 min walk into la Cala. Pharmacy/ bakery and supermarket 200yards away. Just perfect. Beds super comfortable, hosts were 10/10, can’t rate highly enough!!!!

Another excellent holiday in La Cala. Lovely apartment in beautiful sea front location with many excellent restaurants nearby. Everything you could wish for!!

Super ligging aan het strand van La Cala

Een betere plek is er niet; een enorm terras op zuid pal aan het strand en alles op loopafstand. Bakker op 100 meter, wat wil je nog meer. Het appartement is prima ingericht en de bedden zijn goed. Enige minpuntjes zijn de matige WIFI snelheid en slecht licht in de keuken.

Enjoyable holiday in excellent location.

The apartment had everything we needed and was in a prime location with direct access to beach. The pool was also good. We didnt need a car and were able to walk everywhere. The rental agency was quick to respond to any queries. However, one disappointing aspect was that the apartment didn't, appear to have been thoroughly cleaned (lots of crumbs/debris under sofa cushions, for example) and we had quite a lot of ants in the apartment. The rental agency did respond by sending in cleaners but not to thoroughly clean the whole apartment and we felt our concerns were downplayed. Also we had to pick up and drop off keystone the office 24hr safe as our arrival/departure was outside of office hours. I think that personal contact would have been better. Setting aside these issues, I would have no difficulty recommending this property.

Lovely beach front apartment.

It doesn't get any better than this. Perfect location, a 5 minute walk from the town, where you have your choice of restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious and lovely and clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend this apartment. We had a lovely stay. And Abi who dealt with our booking was absolutely fantastic, we would definitely book with her again. Thank you.
