Great beautiful newly renovated villa, between the beach and the town center. Beautiful garden with grass around the house and the pool and an orchard from which you can taste its fruits daily. Spectacular sea views from the garden and pool.

It has a magnificent tropical garden and organic garden with fruit trees, seasonal vegetables and organic chicken eggs that can be tasted daily by guests.
It has a large outdoor pergola fully equipped with kitchen, barbecue, toilet, dining room and relaxation room.
Total absence of noise and located in the center of the Costa del Sol but without the inconvenience of crowds.

Diese FeWo ist wirklich sehr, sehr gut. Sauberes und gepflegtes altes Haus, nach heutigem Standard renoviert, aber mit dem Charme alter spanischer Häuser. Es ist jedoch nicht perfekt - so werden Leute, die als Perfektionisten bezeichnet werden, hier und da Kratzer finden. Unabhängig davon macht das gesamte Haus Ambiente, schöner und sehr gepflegter Garten, ruhige Lage und Lage mit guter Aussicht auf das Meer, schöner und sauberer Pool perfekt für den Urlaub. Außerdem hat das Anwesen einen sehr gut gebauten und gemütlichen großen Grillplatz, der etwa 20 m vom Haus entfernt ist. ...und niemand wird von den anderen gestört. Sehr sehr gut. Wenn wir an einem Ort Urlaub machen möchten, wird dies ohne Zweifel unsere Wahl sein. Wir sind jedoch abenteuerlustig, bei einem Ort zu bleiben....aber auf jeden Fall - diese FeWo ist zu empfehlen. Aufrichtig.
