Lugar muy tranquilo y limpio y relativamente cerca de una buena playa, cobran 60€ por la limpieza de la casa, me parece una exageración para 40 metros cuadrados, pero de todas formas hay que tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de valorar el precio además de otro pago, este opcional, de 10€ por persona por sábanas y toallas, te las puedes llevar tú. A la zona le falta un poco de urbanismo, no existen prácticamente aceras y no hay buenos restaurantes por la zona si quieres ambiente debes ir a Denia, hay un aparcamiento a la entrada de Denia. Es ideal si lo que quieres es descansar sin bullicio e ir a la playa

El confort no lo hemos valorado con buena nota porque el apartamento de al lado estaba en obras...

El confort no lo hemos valorado con buena nota porque el apartamento de al lado estaba en obras, todo el día los obreros haciendo ruido, debería haber alguna normativa interna de la Comunidad que regule esta situación, dado que en buena parte del día era imposible descansar por el enorme ruido de las obras. Lo demás todo perfecto.
