You will appreciate it for its calm, its comfort and its equipment, its sumptuous view on the Massif of Mt-Blanc without opposite, the absolute silence of the site, the location in the authentic Savoyard village of Les Houches with its trade and transportation, the proximity of the ski slopes, its many hiking trails at various altitudes and the variety of activities available.

Located 5 minutes from the ski resorts of Les Houches and 10 minutes from those of Chamonix, 25 minutes from Megeve. Served by free shuttles.

-The apartment is composed of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, a double bedroom with double bed and wardrobes-dressing room, a sleeping area with bunk bed in sleeping area 2 x 80 , A bathroom with separate toilet, entrance, terrace and private garden.

Respect of the premises: neat apartment.
Ensure respect for neighbors by avoiding noise: No shoes inside, nor ski boots in the common areas and apartment.
Please do not throw anything in the toilet bowls other than the toilet paper.

HOUSEHOLD:
Cleaning fee at end of stay: 60 €
The apartment will have to be made clean: Kitchen area clean, washed dishes and row.
For long stays the house must be cleaned regularly.

LINEN: Towels and bed linen provided.
Do not stain towels and bed linen with makeup. Bed linen and duvet covers should be rendered without stains. In which case a deduction on bail will be required.

THE SEASON OF SKI, WINTER IN CHAMONIX:

- Total of 106 pistes on 4 areas of which 80% has more than 2000m (Up to 3400m!) Not to mention the majestic VALLEE BLANCHE (with guide) 14 km- 3000m of descent!

- the domain of the PRARION, belvedere of Mont Blanc, is 5mn by car: Ideal for families, in a magnificent setting in the middle of fir trees, pleasant even in times of fog, this area has the great advantage of always remaining open after Heavy snowfall!

- Access to the other Chamonix-les-Passes: BREVENT / FLEGERE, the GRANDS MONTETS- LE TOUR / VALLORCINE is also very easy by the "Route Blanche" in 5min.

- Fantastic spring skiing / ski touring in Easter / April: the Grands Montets are open until May 1st. Closing on April 17 for other areas.

- For cross-country skiing, you can enjoy beautiful Nordic ski runs (26 km) and for lovers of nature, splendid itineraries in snowshoes or walks in dog sled, ski joering.

MAKE UP: Please do not use the towels to remove your make up, and be careful with the sheet. Refund will be made if any stains.

- This is a NO SMOKING apartment.
- No animals
- No treat, no party, no shoes inside!
