About this property

The villa is located 5 minutes from the beach (Cans) and 10 from the Real Club de Pedreña, home of Severiano Ballesteros. It is located in a residential area, quiet and with hardly any traffic of cars. From the house you can hear the sea, and the large garden of 2,000 meters increases the feeling of being immersed in nature. Being Somo the birthplace of Surf in Spain, there is no lack of schools or beaches to practice it.

Découvrir la Cantabrie

La maison est grande et le jardin immense (pratique pour jouer au foot ou déjeuner tranquillement à l’ombre. Idéal famille (1 chambre parentale avec salle de bain, 2 chambres avec 2 lits simples et une deuxième salle de bain). La maison est également bien equipee. Il ne manque plus que le wifi mais la 4G ne marche pas mal dans le coin. La plage est proche (surtout en voiture). La proprietaire (que nous n’avons pas vue) est adorable, parle français et est très réactive. Je recommande.
