The apartment is located near the center of arts and culture, typical restaurants, recreational centers, for family activities, beautiful landscapes of unique vegetation and diverse beaches.
You will love this space because of the people's surroundings and social life in which it is integrated.
The apartment is on Av. Luísa Todi, the most important Av. Of the city where everything is happening.
This beautiful city is bathed by the Sado River that has the Bay that surrounds it between the City and the Mountain range. Shops, pharmacies, hospital and historical monuments very close.
A room with a careful decoration, comfortable and cozy, with a spacious fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with WC. Each room has direct access to a sunny balcony with natural light that makes your stay a unique experience.
Good for couples, business trips or family.
You can practice various sports, go hiking, get involved in the urban network of cities and enjoy the various cultural offerings.
Enjoy the city's beaches 10 minutes on foot, or a 10-minute drive from the Arrábida Natural Park with its beautiful beaches of crystal clear water.
In the Sado nature reserve you will find wines from the region, awarded worldwide, as well as the famous Moscatel de Setubal, which you can taste.
It also proves the peculiar local gastronomy, based essentially on products of the Sea, since it is a fishing village.
In front, on the other side of the River Sado, you will find the Peninsula of Tróia, you can move from Catamaran, with regular river races, where you will have: Diverse shops, Hotels, have fun at the Casino watching excellent shows, Historical Roman Ruins complex, bathe on the paradisiacal beaches, or play golf in one of the many fields within a radius of 5Kms, at very reasonable prices. Enjoy dolphin watching or tasting a wine on board a catamaran.
You can also cross the river Sado de Ferry inside your car, you will discover the Peninsula of Troia and you can go south, visit Comporta, Carrasqueira, Carvalhal and discover the magnificent Costa Alentejana.

Lovely home and great location with wonderful views
Isilda was a great host and very welcoming including following up on our stay to check all was OK. The location works perfectly for all that you need. The Apartment is very well kitted out and very clean with nice bed linen and towels with a nice residential feel.
Parking was easy and the for accessing the Arribada Parque... it literally minutes away.
The slight downside was the noise on the Sat night... and the plastic mattress liner :o(

It is possible to have been a little more noise on Saturday since there was cycling with the Volta-a-Portugal, which went right outside ...
The sound of the mattress cover is a novelty for me, nobody ever called me to attention to this factor, however, I will check what can have happened, so that doesn't happen again.

É possível ter havido um pouco mais de barulho no sábado uma vez que houve ciclismo com a Volta a Portugal que passou mesmo à porta…
Do barulho da forra do colchão é uma novidade para mim, nunca ninguém me chamou à atenção para esse fator, no entanto vou verificar o que pode ter acontecido, para que não volte a acontecer.
