This brand new block of new modern sky villas all with their own private pool offer high standard of self catering accommodation in Malta. This 5 bedroom property is situated in a unique area in the touristic village of Marsaskala just a few metres away from its pristine shores and the sandy beach of St. Thomas Bay. It boasts of unobstructed sea views with beautiful surroundings and walking distance to all shops and some of the most outstanding restaurants in Malta.
The price includes the use of all facilities and amenities however there is an extra charge of €25 per night for air conditioning. We also have to collect the ECO contribution tax for persons over 18 years of age at €0.50 per night.
Pool are rules are as follows
- NO DIVING.
- ALL PERSONS USING POOL DO SO AT OWN RISK – OWNERS & MANAGEMENT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES.
- UNNECESSARY NOISE NOT PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.
- BE RESPECTFUL OF SURROUNDING NEIGHBORS AND THEIR PROPERTY.
