Beautiful apartment completely renovated with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room-dining room, bathroom with Italian shower, terrace with electric awning and garden furniture, private parking space.
1 of the bedrooms with 2 single beds and air conditioning, the other room with 1 bed for 2 persons, Tv SAT, washing machine, conventional electric oven, microwave, citrus press, coffee maker, toaster.
Living room - dining room with air conditioning, sofa bed for 2 persons, electric shutters. Apartment located at the first and last floor.
Passage without traffic, pleasant place for holidays. Very nice view of the sea and the beach. 15 meters from the beach.

Summer 2024

Absolutely fantastic property, location & host. Right on the beach which has wonderful sand & nice shallow water making it perfect for little ones. Good shops near by with bigger supermarkets within 5 mins drive. Hope to return next year. Carolina (the host) is an amazing lady who helped us with all our needs without hesitation or delay. Beautiful warm lady, as were her husband & daughter. Thank you so much Carolina 🙏😘😘😘

Die Lage ist top. Nur ein paar Meter bis zum Strand. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, nur eine Spülmaschine wäre noch was zu wünschen wäre. Alle Räume sind über Deckenlüfter gut zu klimatisieren. Zusätzlich haben die beiden Schlafzimmer und der Wohn/Essbereich Dechenventilatoren. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem 140 Bett hat nur ein Fenster in der Decke. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt :)

Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem ruhig.Sehr nah zu wunderschönem Strand und zu der Promenade. Die Caroline war sehr nett.Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

L'Escala plage Riells

Appartement au 1er et dernier étage avec belle terrasse et vue sur la mer, très bien équipé, parking en plein soleil mais très proche et beaucoup de place. la plage à quelques mètres, des commerces de bouches à proximité immédiate et de bons restaurants à quelques mètres sur la promenade. Logement vraiment super !

Très belle semaine (... trop courte...) passée dans ce logement ! Idéalement situé, ce logement est conforme à sa description. Une très jolie décoration, de la belle vaisselle et tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer un très bon séjour. La place de parking est un gros plus ! L'accueil est très très chaleureux. Adresse à retenir !

L’appartement est idéalement situé (plage, commerces, restaurants…) sans pour autant subir les nuisances sonores. L’appartement est très agréable et propre. La vue sur la mer est un vrai plus. Je recommande. Merci 🙏

Malheureusement , nous avons dû suite à un décés dans notre famille repartir juste aprés avoir franchi la frontiére espagnole. Super Aufenthalt in schöner Wohnung

Wir waren im August 2022 2 Wochen in der Wohnung von Caroline und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und schön eingerichtet mit Klimaanlagen in einem Schlafzimmer und dem Wohnzimmer. Caroline ist sehr freundlich und hilft bei eventuellen Fragen sofort weiter. Die Lage ist klasse, nur 30m bis zum Strand, der ebenfalls immer sauber ist. Am Wochenende wird es etwas voller, aber Platz gibt es mehr als genug. Obwohl die Promenade mit vielen Restaurant und Bars zwischen Wohnung und Strand liegt, war es nachts immer ruhig. Wir überlegen, wiederzukommen.

Allotjament ideal en ubicació, espai ben aprofitat i decorat amb gust. El millor les vistes al mar des de la terrassa! Un apartament a tocar de la platja però tranquil. Només hem trobat a faltar wifi. Totalment recomanable!

Moltes gracies per els vostres comentaris. Temavwifi, al ser un pus de lloguer de 3 mesos d estiu, no puc pisar wifi a un preu raonable ja que el tindria que pagar durant tot l any i hem prioritzat fer la despesa en donar plaça de parking a 10 metres del pis en lloc del wifi. En el vostre cas, var ho pider aparcar hi fins i tot 2 cotxes.. Espero tornar a veure_us un altre temporada. Gracies
