Air conditioning and fireplace. Private place to park the car. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine and all utensils. Bed linen and bathroom available. It has barbecue, support bench with sink and simple furniture for meals in the garden. The villa was completely renovated this spring, lying in the new state.
