The property sits on a 8850 sq ft lot in a quiet West Side neighborhood, with views of Spottswoode Winery, a 5 minute easy walk to downtown St. Helena’s Main Street. The home, pool house and grounds are equipped with luxurious bedding. The neighborhood is quiet and loud noise after 8 is not allowed.

Master Bedroom:
Bright open, airy, north-west facing, with a gas fire place, includes a King sized bed & flat screen TV, walk in closet provide ample storage; fine linens, and privacy blinds to ensure your comfort.

Includes a large beautiful tiled shower space with two choices of shower heads and 3 body sprays, double sink vanity marble counter top, ample storage, hair dryer, soaps/shampoo.

Bedroom #2
Bright open, airy, corner, East and South facing, includes a Queen sized bed, individual night stands, lamps, desk and double door closet with ample storage; fine linens, down and down free pillows to ensure your comfort.

Bathroom #2:
Marble sink counter top with ample storage, tiled shower/bath combo, hair dryer, soaps/shampoo.

Gourmet kitchen:
Includes Viking 6 burner gas range and oven, deluxe range hood, large refrigerator and freezer, fine stemware, china/cutlery, All-Clad pots/pans, Keurig coffee maker, small kitchen appliances, utensils, and more. Island seating for 4, as well as Dining Room table for 8.

Living Room:
Vaulted ceiling, two comfortable and relaxing sofa’s, rug and coffee table in-front of gas fireplace. The large back pocket door slides into the wall.

House also includes: wifi, storage closets and full climate control for your comfort.

The Pool House and grounds:

1 Bedroom - 1 Bathroom - sleeps 2 comfortably

Bright open, airy, south west facing, large french doors, includes a Queen sized bed, individual night stands which double as dressers. Fine linens and privacy blinds to ensure your comfort. Opens to pool. A flat screen TV and under counter refrigerator are provided.

Bathroom:
Includes a large beautiful tiled shower, hair dryer, soaps/shampoo.

Backyard:
Includes a new 15’ x 40’ pool (w/ 6’ x 6’ jetted heated spa) & retractable cover, comfortable chaise loungers, gas Webber BBQ, and dining table & chairs seats 8.

Other: Property includes free WiFi .

Lounge in the pool/spa or just relax with a good book while sipping wine in the afternoon sun and gazing at the vineyard. Either way we think you’ll enjoy our getaway place :)

St Helena Sanctuary

He had such a lovely stay at this property. The back of the property overlooks a vineyard. Perfect spot to conduct yoga or other exercises in the early morning hours to set your day right. Property was meticulously clean, welcoming and fully stocked. The owner was incredibly responsive to the few questions we had. The property was also perfectly located—close enough to downtown St. Helena to make quick trips but far enough to be located on a quiet, peaceful street with little traffic. Highly recommend!

Our Happy Place

We have stayed at this property a few times and we absolutely love it. Only good things to say about the home, the location, the views and the owner. The home is clean and spacious and we feel so comfortable and relaxed while we are there. It is well stocked with everything one would need from the time you arrive so there is nothing to do but fill up the refrigerator and stock up on wine. The kitchen is spacious and easy to cook in which is a must with the quality ingredients you find at Sunshine Market or the outdoor farmers market. There are wonderful vineyards/boutique wineries walking (or short driving) distance from the house so check with the folks at ACME Fine Wines in town to get recommendations/connected if interested. The pool in the back is wonderful in the summer and the views of the vineyards and mountains are beautiful year-round. The daily walks in this area are easy and lovely whether for exercise or a walk to town to shop or dine. And the owner Karen is not only reachable and responsive but is an absolute pleasure to work with. We hope to be back again and again. It truly has become our Happy Place!

Superb St. Helena Getaway

This home is perfectly designed and outfitted for a retreat to the wine country. My husband and I stayed for 2 months and enjoyed having friends come up and join us while we were there. It is really in the best location in town with a fabulous view of the vineyards and mountains, but just a short walk to town. The interiors are farm elegance with lovely linens and white marble counters. The house is stocked with quality kitchenware and whatever you need seems to be in the first drawer you open. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

A truly special property in downtown Saint Helena

My husband, daughter and i had the most amazing stay at Karen's beautiful home for the month of August. The property is ideally situated in heart of downtown Saint Helena so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants on main street. The flawless designer details and furnishing made it feel like we were in our own home and not a rental. The indoor/outdoor entertaining area is breathtaking and opens up to a view Spottswoode vineyard that goes on for miles and the majestic mountains (only quiet neighbors to the left and right) - the view is incredible. We spent all our days in the in the backyard splashing around the pool, eating the delicious tomatoes and basil from Karen's garden and just feeling comfortable and relaxed. We joked that the only problem with this house is that it's not ours:) Thank you Karen for opening your beautiful home to us - we will be back!

Couldn't have been any better!

My family of 4 rented this lovely home for the month of July this Summer. Everything about it was absolutely perfect - gorgeous renovation with all the modern amenities you could want, meticulously clean, perfect heated pool with a gorgeous view of vineyards and mountains, walking distance to town and all of the cute restaurants and shops in St. Helena. We had one very minor issue in the 30 days we were there and Karen responded immediately and it was fixed over the phone. A+ service. We have already begged to rent it again next Summer :)

Beautiful home on a quiet street with mountain and vineyard views. The house is newly updated and has a gourmet kitchen. The furnishings are lovely and the beds are comfortable. The outdoor covered patio is a perfect spot to enjoy anytime of day. The pool and spa are a nice addition. There is also a lovely garden with fruit trees and vegetables to enjoy. A fifteen minute walk to downtown St Helena where there are many restaurants, wineries, and shops to enjoy! We highly recommend this home!

Why they chose this property

St. Helena is at the center of the Napa Valley wine country. The town sits in a perfect location to reach Highway 29 or the Silverado Trail, and the multitude of world class wineries both on and off those byways. Calistoga to the North, and Rutherford, Oakville and Yountville to the South means you are in a great spot to explore all the valley. Easy walk able access to St. Helena's Main Street with restaurants, cinema, shops, galleries, tasting rooms and more is both convenient and fun. Nearby are tennis courts and bocce courts. Our comfortable and relaxing property is in a perfect St. Helena west side location for you to enjoy.
