Great duplex in Meloneras Hill, with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, swimming pool, garden areas-Parking, Wiffi and AACC throughout the house. Located 2km from the beach of Meloneras, in a super quiet and pleasant complex. It has an excellent front terrace to enjoy good lunches. The kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, it also has a comfortable pantry. The complex is very well kept, equipped with security, swimming pool and paddle tennis court.
If you are looking to disconnect and tranquility this is the ideal complex for it. It is located in the prestigious area of Meloneras, 15 minutes walk from the beach and very close to Maspalomas.
In just 5 minutes they have a supermarket (mercadona)

Schöner Aufenthalt, weg vom Massentourismus

- eine großartige Location um die Insel zu erkunden (man sollte allerdings ein Auto haben) - Unterkunft war in einem einheimischen Wohnkomplex, mit netten Nachbarn, sowie sehr ruhig gelegen - familienfreundlich geschnittenes Haus, Küche war gut ausgestattet - beim Check In kam uns der Gastgeber sehr entgegen - großer Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe - es war sehr sauber - der gemwinschaftlich genutzte Pool war sehr schön und wenig besucht, wir konnten ihn mit unserer Kindern sehr genießen - Wlan war ok, könnte immer besser sein - einziger Minuspunkt war die Kommunikation vor der Anreise, Fragen wurden falsch oder garnicht beantwortet, Kommunikation fand dann nach der Landung statt (dann aber sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend)

Great location, well maintained house with all you need(oben, washing machine, dryer etc).

In closed complex, cctv monitored, totaly safe for the family or friends. Car needed (beach is aprox. 15minutes by walk down the road), well supplied supermarket is nearby in walking distance. We stay in GC every winter and I would stay here again for sure.
