About this property
Ideal holiday and cultural discovery
La Perle is an imperfect gem of a private house with a wonderful opportunity for anyone to discover this kalaidescope of so many aspects of French culture.
My countryside home is within 15 minutes drive of the main interests of the Périgord Noir such as imposing Sarlat and it's medieval architecture (many are Historical Monuments); Montignac and the world-wide reputation of Lascaux and so many caves and paintings concerning pre-history; Les Eyzies and the Pole International de la Préhistoire and it's unique museum and also the Font de Gaume cave.
Plus only another 15 mins drive down to the stunning Dordogne Valley and its numerous chateaux taking you back to the 100 years war.
The Perigordine traditional stone 145m² house with large parking, is very confortable with 3 double bedroom and 1 bed, 60m² living and dining room with a large chimney, bathroom with shower, double vasque, etc. 2 toilets, very well equipped kitchen with gas central hob and breakfast space, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
The salt-water pool 10 x 5m is surrounded by a large wooden terrace and possibility of diving. Table and chairs for 6 persons with huge 3 x 2 m off-center
parasol and 2 sun-beds.
A warm welcome will be obligatory!
