The apartment is airy with its windows positioned to offer cross ventilation, so fresh air flows through the whole house. The swimming pool, which faces the sea and also has a children's area, is located just below the kitchen window. The parking space is located just outside the elevator, thus making it very easy to take your luggage or shopping up to the apartment.
It is a pleasure to stay in this comfortable and beautiful apartment, which is fully equipped with good quality facilities, nice furniture; smart TV with subscription to premium sports and movie channels, flat screen TV with DVD, fibre optic high speed WIFI; comfy sofa cum sofa bed, hanging relaxing chair, massage chair; dishwasher; washing machine; comfy beds with with good quality cotton bed linen and hard comfortable mattresses for a restful sleep; American style kitchen that is fully equipped with a complete set of crockery, cutlery and utensils, dishwasher and also many other cooking accessories, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, varieties of teas and coffee.
