Equipped with a furnished balcony where to dine overlooking the splendid panorama of the archipelago. Donated free wifi, in the residence you will find a green floral garden and the Galatea Restaurant with seafood cuisine. Possibility to rent a boat for trips to the La Maddalena archipelago.

Arnaque tarifaire

Attention cet appartement est une arnaque tarifaire, géré par un particulier à distance et contact uniquement par vidéo pour les formalités. Les photos ne sont pas toutes excates, la rénovation de l’appartement a été faite à la va vite, balcon avec ustensiles de nettoyage sales ,odeur d’humidité, intérieur sans charme et résidence d’un autre temps très dégradée et pratiquement vide en plein mois de juillet, quartier laid et sans intérêt. Attention le parking est à l’extérieur quand il y a de la place !!! Bref une résidence sur le déclin…sauf le jardin très bien entretenu.. un tarif à 800 ou 1000 euros la semaine serait plus approprié et encore..éviter ce quartier sauf si vous êtes un habitué..

Für Aktive, die Ausflüge und Strand kombinieren möchten

Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig, renoviert. Das Sofabett im Wohnzimmer ist sehr bequem, es können durchaus Erwachsene darauf schlafen. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer dunkel, die Fenster müssen mit Holzläden praktisch immer geschlossen sein, da sonst keine Privatspähre. Strand sehr schön und trotz Hochsaison findet man Platz. Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt. Die Aussenfassade des Gebäudes ist in die Jahre gekommen, und wirkt ungepflegt. Balkon klein, Plastiktisch und 4 Stühle, schöne Sicht auf die Bucht, hat leider keinen Charme, aber ist praktisch, und man kann gut auf dem Balkon essen.
