Large house with private pool situated in the quiet urbanisation of Rio de Oro.  It has a constructed area of 250 sq. m. distributed over 3 floors.
The entrance to the house is situated on the second floor where we find a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen all in one room, with access to a sunny terrace where you can admire the fantastic views of the valley. On this same floor there is also a double suite with bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower.
The first floor consists of two independent studios, each with a living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a double bed. Both have access to the terrace.
On the ground floor you will find the swimming pool and a large terrace, perfect to spend fantastic moments enjoying the sun and the views.
You can park your car in the street.

CALONGE, located between the sea and the mountains, enjoys great natural wealth and diversity. At its beaches of St. Antoni and Torre Valentina you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...). Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths.
In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.
Calonge and St. Antoni have been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency.
