Attractive six-bedroom house located just 800m from the lovely and peaceful beach of Llafranc, close to restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Ideal for a family holiday on the Costa Brava!



The house has a beautiful private garden with a pool and barbecue area. It also has a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch in the sun with beautiful sea views.



The house consists of a living room with TV, fireplace and direct access to the pool. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, double sink and washing machine.



It has 2 double bedrooms with bathroom en suite, 3 bedrooms with two single beds in each and 1 double room. 2 bathrooms (in total 3 bathrooms). Small studio on the ground floor where the guard lives, only for sleeping.



Free parking for 3 cars.



Pets not allowed.



Only families. Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.



The house is situated near Llafranc beach, one of the most stunning on the Costa Brava coast.

The Villa is absolutely beautiful

The Villa is absolutely beautiful. Five stars because the area is magnificent and the Villa is breathtaking. We think Caroline for everything and hope to be back in Llfranc someday soon.

Outdated and grubby

Space Get the owner to invest andthe villa. Furniture was dirty. Mattresses and pillows were stained. And be honest about the people living downstairs. They are not security, they are a couple.

A very large apartment with good sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms

A very large apartment with good sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. This would work well for 2 families. The house is traditional and quaint but somewhat old fashioned in furnishing and contents. The hot water system does not cope simultaneously with a lot of showers. The house is peaceful and on a hill with amazing views, but it is a steep walk back from the beach. If you want a modern spotless villa then this is not for you. But if you want somewhere with plenty of Catalan character and masses of space at a very reasonable price then I would certainly recommend this place. The ground floor tenant did not bother us at all except that he was very particular about where we parked. The swimming pool and bbq are both very nice. Llafranc beach and town centre is less than a 10 min walk. Finally I can fully recommend the Triton Diving School who are in the town centre just off the beach and really excellent.

Ett fint boende i en trivsam ort med vackra omgivningar. Det mesta fungerade utmärkt och vi fick bra hjälp från värden. Dock hade vi lite dåligt med varmvatten under vår vistelse.

Estancia buena pero mejorable con poca inversion

La casa tiene deficiencias q fueron subsanadas algunas por el propietario, pero la nevera es pequeña para tanta gente, mobiliario habitaciones antiguo y descuidado, pero la ubicación de la casa es excepcional
