Our art-nouveau building is located in a prestigious area of the quiet
Riga center and it makes our 3-bedroom apartment an excellent choice for both business and vacation travelers. It is just a few steps from the central Brivibas street and a five minutes of a lazy walk to the Old Town.

Two flights of stairs lead up to the 1st floor to the spacious (76,4m2 - about 840sqf), light, south oriented and worthily furnished 3-room apartment, incorporating master-suit with the sitting area of over 26 m2, second bedroom of over 15 m2 with balcony overlooking green yard and a third bedroom (den) with an en-suite shower.

High ceilings, modern double-glazed insulated windows with new vertical jalousie, modern wooden floors, independent water heating, high-speed WiFi and cable TV. USB charger and HDMI cable are supplied.

Master-suit has a queen-size double bed, bedside tables with lamps, flat screen TV set, double folding sofa and couple soft chairs with an ample breakfast/lunch adjustable table.

Second bedroom has a two single beds, a bedside table with a lamp and corner double folding sofa accompanied by a coffee table.

Third bedroom (or den) has a double folding sofa and en-suite shower enclosure with massage shower, sink and toilet.

There is another independent shower enclosure with massage shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet.
Totally up to 10 guests may be accommodated in the apartment.
Kitchen can accommodate four guests at one time. It is fully furnished with tableware, has incorporated 2 rounds gas-stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffeemaker, toaster etc.
Fresh bed linen and towels, as well as toiletries are included.

Besides all declared features we provide complimentary:
- a bottle of water;
- varieties of teas, coffee and sugar;
- bath supplies (shampoo, etc.);
- city map and guides.

Free local phone is supplied to help our guests order taxi, reserve a restaurant, or theater tickets, and, also, we offer to our guests discount cards for use at local supermarkets, restaurants and wine shops.

Park Esplanade (with the State Art Museum and the Russian Orthodox Cathedral), 10th storey shopping and leisure center Galeria Riga, Olympus Royal Casino, Hotel Radisson Blue, ancient Gertrudes Church – all are one short block away.
Numerous cafes and restaurants are situated close by for enjoyable
breakfast / lunch / dinner.
Public parking and shuttle bus to the airport are just across the street.
