Wonderful house with private pool garden and jacuzzi

We want to share with you the passion we are dedicated to our house: decoration, garden, and comfortable design. It is located in an unbeatable natural environment in an area that enjoys paradise weather. We hope you like it.
If you decide to come, you will be in direct contact with nature. You will also have views on the most beautiful valley in the island - Tamadaba Natural Park. Looking at the sea you will also see our neighbor island, Tenerife, with El Teide, Spain's highest peak.
You will feel lost to the rest of the word, surrounded by nature with access to different trekking paths that reach the Tamadaba Natural Park. Our house is just 5 minutes away from the sea, and surrounded by the most secret beaches on the island. In Agaete, the closest village, also a few minutes away, you can find real Canarian restaurants and a well preserved historic center.
In the summer, the sun shines for 12 hours on our solarium. You can also refresh yourself in our swimming pool or in the Jacuzzi, private and only accessible to our house guests. The Jacuzzi has been designed to be used by children, having no pool curbs and only 50cm depth. During sunset you will be able to hear the sounds of nature, local birdlife nesting in the heights of the majestic Valle de Agaete. At night, you can also enjoy the rare experience of watching the stars with no light pollution.
In the interior of the house we offer you all the comforts of a modern house, large bathroom with 2 showers, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living / dining room / kitchen; Windows on the ceiling to sleep watching the stars and everything with a very neat decoration that we hope you like; Appliances, mattresses and new furniture, wide access and windows that next to the interior garden make the interior fuse with the exterior of the apartment.

Traumhafte Aussicht auf Agaete

Durch die genaue Wegbeschreibung haben wir das Haus ohne Probleme erreicht. Zur Begrüßung haben wir Sekt auf dem Esszimmer Tisch gefunden und auch mit Wasser waren wir versorgt. Das Haus ist wundervoll eingerichtet. Sehr bequeme Matratzen und ausreichend Handtücher. Die Küche lässt nichts vermissen. Während unserer Zeit im Haus haben wir versucht den Backofen zu nutzen, aber das Gerät wurde nicht heiß. Nicht weit in Agaete gibt es ein Spar wo man alles für den täglichen Bedarf einkaufen kann. Unser bevorzugter Platz war die Dachterrasse mit Pool und Whirlpool. Unterschiedliche Sitzgelegenheiten und bequeme Liegen machen den Aufenthalt sehr schön. Die Aussicht ins Tal nach Agaete ist unbeschreiblich. Wir hatten am Haus Ruhe und konnten uns entspannen. Zu empfehlen ist in der Nacht den Sternenhimmel zu betrachten. Einfach unglaublich.

Can only say great things! Everything met and exceeded expectations. I usually only go places once but for this rental I might have to make an exception. Clean, well supplied kitchen, and great furniture (especially on the upstairs pool area). Was pleasantly surprised but the extra kitchen space upstairs. Rent this place

Beautiful villa surrounded by mountains

We loved the house with the beautiful rooftop, garden and pool. The kids had so much fun in the Pool and jacuzzi. We hope to come back!

lovely flat on the mountains of La Suerte

Lovely and modern 2 bedroom flat. Very well kitted with great decoration. very calm and peaceful. It has beautiful views of the valley. The upstairs terrace and pool are lovely. Great place to stay for a couple or family. the host is available on whatsapp so very easy to communicate. please note 1. not very easy to find in the dark (if you arrive at night) so make sure you have proper indication. 2. also for the parking, when other people are staying in the flat below, the parking is trickier and you might need to park in the streets below. 3. Also good to bear in mind is that out of season the local restaurants are closed on Monday and Tuesday so not always easy to go out. We had to eat in Las Palmas

Schönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in Ruhiglage

Nach zwei Hotelurlauben in Puerto de Mogán im Süden der Insel haben wir dieses Mal ein Ferienhaus im touristisch wenig besuchten Norden gewählt. Wichtig war uns ein Pool und zwei Schlafzimmer für uns und die Kinder. Das Haus liegt in Agaete an einem Berg und bietet von der Terrasse aus einen wunderbaren Blick über Agaete und den Hafen von Las Nieves aufs Meer. An schönen Tagen und Nächten sieht man in der Ferne Teneriffa und den Teide. Dass Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat uns an das von César Manrique auf Lanzarote erinnert. Die Rückwand wird durch den Felsen des Berges gebildet. Alle Räume enthalten tolle Details, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind. Armaturen und Sanitärobjekte sind hochwertig, in der Küche gibt es sogar ein großes Induktionskochfeld. Alle Küchenutensilien waren vorhanden. Neben dem Eingang zum Haus führt eine Treppe zur oberen Terrasse sowie dem wunderschönen aber ungeheizten Pool und dem etwas oberhalb gelegenen Whirlpool. Den Einschalter findet man etwas versteckt am Rand, fast im Gebüsch. Da es im Norden der Insel sehr windig ist, werden leider viele Blätter und sogar Geckos in den Pool geweht. Auf der Terrasse ist eine runde Sonnenliege, von der aus man nachts die Sterne anschauen oder sich tagsüber in der Sonne braten lassen kann. Der Sonnenschirm weht stark im Wind, sodass wir oft Angst hatten, er würde davon geweht. Hat aber gehalten. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist ohne Geländewagen beschwerlich. Die letzten 50m sind steil und der unbefestigte Weg hat tiefe Löcher. Da keine Wendemöglichkeit besteht, muss man sich vorher überlegen, ob man rückwärts hoch- oder runterfahren möchte oder gleich unten stehen bleibt.

Atmospheric house, great decor and stunning views

A lovely relaxed house with very nice but quirky interiors expertly prepared to make for a relaxed experience. The views from the 3 terrace seating areas are stunning. The pool and jacuzzi are great. House is well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Two restaurants at the bottom of the hill. We only tried Casa Lola but it is especially good despite its humble surroundings. I hope to come again.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und an ruhiger Lage. Ein Auto ist aber zwingend. Wer die Ruhe sucht zum Entspannen ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Sonnige Terrasse und dank Berg geschützt vom Wind. Sehr zu empfehlen.

La casa tiene todas las exigencias para sentirte muy cómodo. En función a las fotos que aparecen, la casa gana en directo, el baño muy amplio con dos duchas, la cocina con todos los utensilios, las camas súper cómodas que no echas de menos tu propia cama.... y el exterior de lujo con la piscina y la variedad de tumbonas. Destacar las vistas que hacen del sitio un lugar para repetir.

Chic & private apartment

The accommodation is surprisingly private - its part of an 'urbanisation' and looks like it will be over-looked but you feel totally away from it all when you're in the place. The roof terrace is out of this world - there are lots of good quality loungers to relax on & the the pool (although unheated) is great. Inside the house is very modern and stylish - comfy / firm beds superb double shower and indoor garden adds to the atmosphere. The property is located up a steep drive and so a car is essential and there are also steps to the property & terraces it wouldn't suit people with mobility problems. There are some lovely places to eat close by and all in all we had a great time.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

This really is a beautiful apartment decorated in a modern and tasteful way with incredible far reaching views of the mountains and sea. The surrounding area is quiet and suburban so a car is essential to explore the island, but the apartment has everything you'd need for a holiday home and the exterior terraces are also very well furnished and thought out.
