Ho prenotato la vacanza e versato l’acconto. Venuta a conoscenza del nome del proprietario e del numero di telefono, ho provato a contattarlo, ma senza ottenere risposta. Dalla piattaforma mi arriva però la conferma della prenotazione e la richiesta del saldo, che ho provveduto a versare. All’arrivo scopro che l’alloggio era stato affittato ad altri, il proprietario nulla sapeva della mia prenotazione e il numero di telefono era errato. Il proprietario mi ha trovato un alloggio per 6 giorni poi mi ha ridato una piccola somma, lamentandosi che per la prenotazione era stata trattenuta una cifra, a detta sua, eccessiva. Per gli altri 6 giorni ho trovato alloggio in un hotel prenotato da me al momento.
