- Spacious main garden reached by a few steps at the further end of the row about 75 yards away
- Large lawn, drying area and lovely wide views of the countryside and sea beyond

LOCAL AREA
- The area has lovely coastal and rural walks from the cottage
- From St Mawes nearby, it is possible to cross to Falmouth by foot ferry

- The property does not accept children under the age of 5 years
- This property welcomes a maximum of two dogs
