Modern and spacious one-bedroom architect's flat located in Queen's Park. Short walk from Portobello Market, Little Venice and Queen's Park.

The flat is fully furnished has its own secluded courtyard space and is very quiet.

The flat comes with all amenities including central heating, fully fitted contemporary kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and an induction hob. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The living room contains a double sofa bed for additional guests.

The bedroom is accessed off the living room and has a double bed with a window overlooking the courtyard and a huge amount of wardrobe storage space.

The bathroom is roomy, with a double basin, bath and shower.

The flat comes with a 40-inch digital flat screen TV and a bluetooth sound system. Wifi is available throughout. A secure entry with intercom and buzzer allows access.

Home away from home in London! Courtyard flat in Queen’s Park is exactly as described, and even better. Comfortable linens, well-stocked kitchen, lovely flat in every way. Plenty of room in the nicely appointed closets and cupboards for all our clothes and bags. Washer-dryer, umbrellas, some tea and a tea kettle, overall a perfect spot for a week in London. Close walk to the tube or bus, many options of groceries and cafes and shops, and very friendly safe-feeling neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay very much!!

Well located within walking distance to the Underground, shops and restaurants. Host met us with the key and explanation of entry and was very accessible throughout our stay. The flat was spacious, beautifully designed and well equipped. Very comfortable! We would highly recommend this place!

Excellent place & host

Overall Olivers place was a great experience! It was immaculately clean, had all of the appliances you need and in a great location. I was there for almost two months, mostly alone, and I felt really safe. I did have a minor issue with the wifi but thankfully Oliver is a good host and quickly deals with any dilemmas. Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect home away from home.

This was a stylish, comfortable apartment in a nice neighbourhood and only a short walk to the underground. It had everything you could need and amenities (grocery stores, restaurants, transit) close by. This was a perfect place for our week in London. I looked forward to coming back each day to spend a relaxing evening. Oliver was a great host!

Great location, close walk to Queen's Park tube station. I travelled with my two teenaged children and felt safe walking around the neighbourhood. Sonja and Oliver were quick to respond and attentive hosts. It was nice to be greeted when we arrived and shown around the flat. We would not hesitate to book with them again! Thank you!

Great place to see London from.

Was a perfect location for sightseeing London. Queens Park tube station was a 5 minute walk. Some good local restaurants in the area. It is a quiet neighbourhood with no noise at night. The only negative for us was the seating in the living room. We are fairly tall and the couch was low and uncomfortable. That being said I will still recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a laid back visit to London. Oliver was great to deal with.

Such A Gem

Such a great stay! Oliver and Sonya were great. Everything felt so effortless and easy with these two. They were very communicative and responsive throughout our stay- and leading up to it. Their flat is in a great location...it's only about a 10min walk from the train station which made getting around and exploring very doable. Very walkable neighborhood. Queens Park feels like you're in a small town within the bigger city which allowed for what felt like a slower paced and more relaxing environment after spending all day site seeing. P.S. Their place looks exactly like the pics...no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious

We very much enjoyed having a spacious flat and especially enjoyed the interior courtyard in the hot weather. Lots of storage space but geared to tall people. The kitchen had a generous stocking of condiments, teas, coffee etc. We had a few issues with a broken flush valve and dishwasher loose door cover, but Oliver ordered a new valve right away but it did not arrive until after the weekend. In some ways I feel that style and appearance may have been a priority over functionality, but overall we were very pleased with this rental.
