Located 1/4 hour under the 7 Laux ski resort, our contemporary decorated house invites you to rest.

It is a soothing place. The house has all the equipment necessary for comfort (new kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, electric kettle, nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, WIFI and Orange TV Box).
Our house is brand new. The furniture is new.
We are still missing a few custom closets.

Hurtières is an ideal starting point for outdoor sports: hiking, mountain lakes, road biking, mountain biking, downhill skiing, Nordic skiing ...
Very good restaurants in the surroundings including "La Tour des Sens", gourmet restaurant (7km)
A supermarket is 6 km away and the small shops in the neighboring village are 4 km away.
We are very well placed for visiting the region: 30 km from Chambéry and Grenoble and 92 km from Annecy.

It is our home for the rest of the year. We therefore ask people to be careful and respectful of objects and the house.
Non smoking house. It is important to smoke only outside the home.
We do not accept animals.
Our cat lives in the basement independently. He is gentle and sociable.
