Welcome to Vera's beach house. This large 2 bedroom apartment is located about 800 meters from Praia da Rocha Beach.

The balcony is very spacious and is facing east, from 12 o'clock in the afternoon the sun is on the balcony until the end of the day.
There are 2 bedrooms one with a double bed and the other bedroom with 2 single beds.
There are also 2 full bathrooms, one is ensuite.

There is also a full kitchen and a spacious living room. In short enough space for a comfortable holiday.
To complete it there is WIFI present and a parking space in the garage.

Nearby you will find supermarkets (Minipreço 400m) and Coviran (200m). On the way to the beach you will find a bakery, hamburgeria, pizza and café / pastels. In Praia da Rocha is fun for the day, evening and night. You are close enough because everything is within walking distance but you are far enough to experience no noise.

Vorab ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Vermieter!!!! Emiel kümmert sich um alles ( Mietwagen usw. ) infolge der Flugverspätung und verspäteten Anreise unsererseits. Er warten am App. auf uns spät abends und gab uns eine kurze Einfügung in die FW..Wir waren 4 Wochen von Anfang Dez. bis Anfang Januar, dazu gehört kein Pool, aber den braucht es um die Jahreszeit auch nicht. Das App. ist sehr wohnlich eingerichtet, gerade im Winter also auch gemütlich. Alles war sauber, Vorräte jeglicher Art vorhanden ( Reinigungsmittel, Klammern, Waschmittel, usw ) Es liegt zwar ca 800 m vom Strand in mitten einer größeren Wohngegend, war aber kein Problem für uns. Geschäfte / Supermarkt / Bar/ Pizzarias usw sind alle fußläufig erreichbar. Die Klimaanlagen sind natürlich nicht für kalte Tage ( Temp. von 12-15 Grad ) ausgerüstet. Bei längerem Aufenthalt macht es sich natürlich erforderlich Handtücher usw zu waschen, kein Problem. Wir können das App. nur weiterempfehlen und auch im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit Elsa und Emiel ganz super. Nochmals vielen vielen Dank Uwe und Heike

Portuguese Paradise

Emiel met us at the property and gave us a guided tour of the apartment. It was close enough to everything, but far enough from the beach that it was quiet. Awesome apartment, awesome location. I can’t wait to return!
