One double bedroom and a twin with an ensuite shower room are on the first floor. The balcony with garden furniture plus lawn and pond makes a great outdoor space for relaxation. There is off road parking for three cars and a garage for storage. Just a 10 minute stroll from the sandy beach and facilities of Mawgan Porth, Windrush makes a sunny sanctuary close to the coast.

Note: The property is in an elevated position and although it has ground floor accommodation there is a path with shallow steps leading to the front door and therefore may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Note: Gardens are not enclosed.
